I was billed for Raspberry Ultimate Drops (weight loss) which I purchased from Dr. Oz website for $64.95 on Jan 4. It was listed on my back statement under the name of eliteselling.com Australia PA - Two days later on Jan 6 that transaction was removed but another transaction under DMG GROUP QLP PTY Australia PA for the same amount appeared on my account. When I disputed the transaction at the bank - they said that because I approved the first transaction, they could not reverse charges. I did not get a call from this number.

My niece sent an email to click on a site. When I clicked on the site, Dr. Oz site came up and I was directed to order RaspBerry Ultimate Drops. I assume that since my niece recommended this that it was a legitimate recommendation. I orderd the product and then emailed my niece to let her know. She told me that her email was hacked and it went out to all of her contacts. That is when I looked up eliteselling.com to see if I could find any information. Then on Jan 6 the other transaction came up. The bank said since I approved the first pmt - the company re-ran under another name and they could not do anything about it.

Thank goodness I was only charged for the trial bottle that I've yet to receive for a total charge of $6.13 with a international charge included,since then cancelled my debit card with the bank...

Same thing happened to me,..I received a instant message from a friend on facebook...apparantly it was not legtimate!!! I cancelled my credit card just in case also!!!!

I also got scammed by this company.   I did not get a call but I ordere the Acai Elite from a link sent by my niece. Just got my credit card billing and there are two charges using different company names but I suspect is the same company.  One charge is for $5.95 for the trial product which I got from CHINA but am afraid to use.  The other charge for $79.95 is for I don't know what.  I will be contacting my credit card on tomorrow morning to cancel this card and get another one reissued.  I am also going to report this to the police.  These people need to be locked up!

I wrote this letter to the acai health company as they are charging me for no reasons:

Same issue, only I have been hung up on several occassions and am now on terminal hold with them... It was supposed to have been cancelled last month from someone at 514-472-0308, she was going to give me a call back and never has... NOW another charge this one for 85.90.  I am sooo angry right now I could almost spit nails.  This is rediculous!  The time spent and the people I have had to talk to is just rediculous!  THey are horribly rude customer service reps!

My wife happened to order the pills. She never recd one and was charged usd 5.75 in her credi card on the 15th of April, 2006. Again on the 1st of May, 2009 she was charged usd 79.95. My wife had only authorised one time. I do not understand why would the credit card accept the 2nd one.

Can u pls let me the name of the credit card company that have cancelled your charges as mine have said they are going to send  the matter to the investigation department. It will take around 3 weeks.

I had the same thing happen.  ordered the "trial" bottle and never recieved it b/c it is under major scrutenty by cdn customs because, yes, it does come from a company in China.  i got through on the 19024824330 number and spole to a lady.  i explained it and demanded my money back ... she processed it and i phoned my ccrd and advised them of it.  they put a note on that a refund from the company shoudl be coming through and it might take up to 30 days. i was told i would recieve a confirmation email and was instructed by my bank to save it as proof. They cannot block a merchant from their end and short of cxling the card, this is the most they could do.  if after 30 days you dont recieve the refund they will file a fraud complaint on the company.  last time i take a "trial" offer  lol

I was teaken too, same story, called the bank was given 1-800-206-3517 as a company number was given the run around on that end they never heard of Vital Health but they are selling so crap scam too.  Called the bank to have the card decline any purchases from Vital,  Really angry these people should all die of swine flu because they are swines

I have been received the same results as the rest of you with this stupid company. I finally sent an email to every email address I could find

I informed them that I did I what I was instructed to by their company and was still charged. I told them I would report them to my credit card company and then threatened a class action lawsuit.

I have gotten someone on the phone a couple of times and asked to speak to a manager and then it either hangs up or I wait on hold again. Or, I wait on hold to talk to anyone and then it takes forever, or I have to listen to the stupid piccolo for 30 minutes.

Luckily I suspected something foul when I received this product and cancelled me credit card because last night I received this email:

Well it happend to me as well.  I just got bille for 79.99 and 35.00 for overdraft fees since I don't get paid for 2 more days.  I am so damn mad and NO answer to the phone # that's attached to the charge on my bank card. There should be a way to make them pay for crap like this.  I'm going to send an email to Rachel Raye she is displayed as backing this product maybe she can do something.  I'm at witts end and pissed plus BROKE

i was given this website on how to get the pills for free so i tried it. next thing i know my card was charged 79.99 and im on unemployment!!! I was so pissed off i had no idea that they would do that. i called the number and it went to a voicemail. i told them they will be hearing from my lawyer. and i filed a police report. and called my card company they cancelled the charge and sendding me a new card.

Ordered a bottle of those pills 3 weeks ago, and today, i was lookin on my bank statement, and it showed 79.95, VITAL-HEALTHSTAR 902-482-433...

They charged me without my authorization and now my account is in the negatives. Luckily, my dad loaned me 100.00 to put into my account, so i don't get charged for hot check fees. i'm gonna call my bank tomorrow and cancel this card and possibly get another one.

This is not a company email domain but a google email address, so that proves that this is not a legit operation. I was received an instant message from a friend with the link. I called my friend and he said that he never messaged me so his account had likely been hijacked by these con-artist. I'm now afraid to use the product for fear it may not be legit.

I called 902-482-4330 and chose option 1 to wait for a customer service representative. I gave them my order number so that they would be able to find me in their system. I got spammed from MSN. They hijacked a friends account and contacted everyone on her list pretending to be her! I ordered it and they have charged me twice for it and i have never received it! They emailed me telling me the shipping dept 'forgot' to include my postal code but they had already charged me. I just received another email telling me they have resent and are billing me. I checked my CC and sure enough...they dinged me twice. No one will return my emails and my CC comapany is of no help. Isn't hijacking and impersonation illegal???

yeah same thing happened to me too I wanted to try for the vital acai and the Wuyi tea and they still keep billing me for these iteams too. So if you guys hear of Wuyi tea don't order it because they do the same thing too.

I too asked to receive at the beginning a VITAL product ACAI and then maintaining I do not want it any more I called up but nothing, sent by e-mails anything either then I decided to contact my bank so that he(it) blocks(surrounds) the payment. What is it necessary to make then not to be more to annoy with that? Help I I'm fed up.

I sent away for it and was chaged 100.75 plus 7.95 shipping and handling then 20.00 when I picked it up and because it came in, in adifferent name I paid the 20.00 and they chaged me well you do the math I'm calling the police to report it!!!!!
