Jan 13, 2014 - I received call and then checked with ADT head-office and they know nothing about this. Though they admit that middle men can and do sell their products without their knowledge. Firstly, they avoid asking for you by name when instead asking to speak to the owner of the house. They don't tell you who they are or who they represent. Though I did get a name Secure Sure. Checked it out. They have a Facebook but cannot locate an office. Called number back and answering machine that tells you that there is no space on the voice message.
The whole thing is highly suspicious... very suspicious. Particularly when they cannot properly read the script that is in front of them.

Its January 7th, 2014 I just got a call from these so called ADT people, they have been calling every other day,I am so glad for
this computer , at least now I know they are full of **** so now I can alert my family and friends so no one gets ripped
off by them,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,will it ever end,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

they have been calling my house all day and for the past few weeks.

Received two phone calls from this number asking for Mr. or Mrs. Smith (who do not live here). Initially they were told they didn't live here and more recently they were told they weren't home. They said that they would call back.

Its fake ... they call, make an appointment and find out when you are NOT there... then show up and clean your house out. I called ADT and no such promotion is in progress..

They are continuously calling me, BUT I have a call block feature on my cordless phone...best investment ever!! They can call all they want and will never get anywhere AND they won't be able to listen to my VMM - all they get is a series of beeps - if u put your number on it or your name on your machine u should remove it.
Another posting said it was ADT.

I just got my second call from this number on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at 8:27 p.m. The person said they represent ADT - the security company, and they want to post a sign to indicate I have their security system - a form of advertising for them. I told the guy I have two German Shepherds, people know it, and I've got signs up to advise of their presence, and that is all I need :)

Called me Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 3:21 p.m. No message was left. I hope it's somebody I know or maybe have some type of business arrangement with, because I was just thinking yesterday about how nice and quiet my phone has been for a few months, only receiving calls from people I know.
