It is a marketing company selling various product subscriptions.  I signed up for a free trial on a myspace application and the charge I received later had this phone number associated with it.

i was able to get my refund coz my bank send a letter of complaint to visa international..maybe im just lucky that the bank were able to assist the clients but it took me 2 months waiitng for the refund...if u need the address of this company u can email me at leilamarie_poulsen@yahoo.com.au....but dont expect they will refund u coz the ask me the photocopy of my postal receipt that i sent back the product then they told me i will wait for 6-8 days but no action taken place fom the company

ive been charge also about 350$ the trial sample i authorize them to charge to my card but i cancelled the member ship with them after i receievd the sample trial..but the next month they chrage me again..i went to the bank to cnacell my card...then i try to contact the company that i cancelled the memeber but still sent me the product..they ask me to sent it back to them and i did but for 1 month and 5 days now no refund from them..my bank try to ask for refund from the internatioanl visa card and and i need to wait for 15 days

It is a diet pill acai berri they offer you a free trial and then they charge you 100.00 pluss international fees

I have called and they won t pick up My visa is being billed 100.00 a month  I contacted visa they cannot stop it  The only other choice I can think off is to cancel my card any advice....

I asked Capitol One to cancel my card and issue me a new number and they would not do it.!!!!

June 22, 2009 a charge was posted on my credit card for $79.95 for TRIPLEUPHERBAL 305-546-8386..I called two days in a row and never got to speak to anyone.
JULY 07,2009 A CHARGE WAS POSTED ON THE SAME CC FOR $79.95 FOR CLARIFYHEALTH  722-675-3106.. SAME MESSAGE AS THE 305-546-8386...SAME STORY..NO ONE EVER ANSWERS BECAUSE THEY ARE ASSISTING OTHER CUSTOMERS.
I never ordered these items, nor have I received the items.
What can I do?

After talking to my bank regarding my Visa being billed for products I never ordered and never received, the Customer Service Rep is aware of the situation and gave me a link to cancel yourt situation with this company and affiliates.

At the bottom of the main page, you will find a section called: Quick Links and look for company info. Click on the "Contact us" tab. This will bring you on a page where you can send an email: just to that with for subject: Complaint

Type your message saying that as of today, July XX you're cancelling any business with this company and their affiliates. Type your name and address and the first and last 4 digits of your credit card (which you've cancelled with your credit card provider). Indicate clearly that you are cancelling your membership and they have to bill you or some messge to the effect that you don't want to have anything to do with them.

BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION, PRINT THE PAGE. THIS IS YOUR CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT. AND THEN PRESS THE "SUBMIT" button.

Repeat your message in this email and make sure you keep a copy or print a copy of your cancellation. Once again this is your receipt as what you are cancelling.

The sad thing is that I will have to pay the $394.26. Even if I have cancelled my credit card number and have another a new number issued, they can still bill me 15 days following my cancellation. Without any proof of my cancellation, they can bill me forever.

When I received my visa statement and saw the charges I did not know what was happening then. I called my Bank to get an explanation and to report these charges ($394.26)for products I never ordered, only paid for the sample. I ended up being so frustrated with Visa Customer Service Clark that I cancelled my credit card on the spot. She told me that I had to call them, I have 4 telephone numbers to call to cancel these charges. I called, was on hold for 10 minutes and no one picked up. I then left a message.
Visa told that although I cancel my credit card, they still can charge me under my old card number. She told me to get a cancellation number. But how can I get a cancellation number if I cannot talk to Acai people and cancel my business with them. This is pure scam! and I am unable to get anything from Visa. I am MAD!

I am also out of out by $394.26 for having requested a free sample. I never received any products for this amount of money except for the sample. I called one of the phone number of my Visa statement and waited 10 minutes but they never picked up. I then left a message. Nobody called my back.

There must be something we can do to stop them.

I am with you.  If there is anything I can do to take these people down, I will do it.  This is crazy.  Some people are just awful.  I hope that they all end up in jail.  They are really hurting people and they keep on going after they have stolen alot of money and overdrafted your account they take more.  I really want them to pay.

I thought I had it taken care of:  documented date, who I talked to, including emails that confirmed I wasn't to be charged, etc.  and I JUST got an email telling me to return my product to China if I wasn't going to continue the product!  DO WHAT?  They have tried to charge my credit card twice already, but I had put it on HOLD... after reading what you all are saying, I've just thrown the towel in and closed (and reopened) my credit card...  I've spent about 5 hours of damage control and alot more in worry, this has been a NIGHTMARE!  I should have checked it out, and assumed since the advertising was on INSIGHT CABLE website and had a combined Rachel Ray endorsement and a Katie Couric News Brief that it was valid.  I've learned my lesson... Hi there, it seems we have all been scammed, I have four charges on my card 2 from QUALITY HEALTH, 1 FROM TRIPLEUPHERBAL AND 1 FROM HOMEHEALTH STORE, these are fraud. Ring your bank, cancel your card, your banks fraud department will then cancel your charges and refund you.

I too have the same story. 506-638-9243, 306-546-8386, 800-244-2575, 800-220-9825 all put you on hold and never answer. One number refers you to an website which I went to and it read if you want to cancel, enter you card #. once you do that it gave a msg that you were canceled and the site closed but then i was charged 87.13 several days later by Topbodycleanse.  Tripleupherbal charged 79.95 a day later. Please do yourself a favour cancel your credit card. Ask your credit card company to change the number its very easy. If you are dealing through a bank five them the name and tell them you have not authorized them to process anymore claims. If oyu don't in a few weeks they will chare you again. Then in a few weeks after they tell you that you have to return the product to China they will send you another bottle from an address in your city. At least that is what they have done to me. For both the Green tea purity and Power colon cleanse I am out around $450. So do yourself a favour and take my advise.

Im getting the same thing. I call the number and all you get is a recording to either press one to be put on hold or two to leave a message. Iv left five messages. Not one call back. They are completly bogus. We.ve all been had. Im so angry cause this was my first time buying somthing off line. And my package came from china to. And it didnt come for like three weeks. I for sure  know now its a scam and fraud.
