It is a scam. If you Google "MG2 Homecare Bingo", you will get a list of many sites where people have complained about the scam. It appears to be identical across the country (a scratch Bingo ticket where you "win" a prize by revealing a 'box' bingo pattern, and instructed to call the phone number stamped on the back), but with different phone numbers.

got a scratch ticket in the mail. If it was a winner the # to call was 830-1722. Wondering if it's a scam!!!!
