Collection agencies are not allowed to contact you unless there has been a letter with collection agencies letterhead and who they are collecting for. They are not to be abusive, threaten or intimidate a debtor. Not call more then once a day nor before 8am or after 9pm.

Calls me multiply times a day!

A lady named sue has been calling me, yes I do owe a vet bill, the total owing is only 178$, she is very rude and unprofessional, she is not allowed to speak to people the way she does. She will not see a dime out of me just for the way she approached me about and her unprofessional manner.she even went as far to call me names over the phone, what kind of business is that? My money is going to stay in my pocket thank you!

This number continually my house. Says her name is Susan. Asking for my son ho has not lived with me for 8 yrs. They are also calling any number they think may be him. Ie same last name. I told her it was against the law and she called again. I told her RCMP will be notified

Got a call from these people looking for me.. Very rude and asking alot of personal questions. Said i owed one of their clients.. Very rude person.. Called family members harrasing them which is against the law..
Extreamly rude people.. And i dont owd anything.. Also wanting to call them on an area code.. Not an 800 number.. Doesnt add up to me.. Beware of this number..

Chad Kelly is rude,,and asks personal questions.......not professional at all.

I got several phone calls from this phone number.  The person, a male, called themselves Chad Kelly from Keltic Collections and said it was urgent that I call them back in regards to my mother!  I have no idea who this person or company is.  I tried the reverse phone directory and got zero hits!  In all the messages the caller will not say why they are calling.
