no message but how did they get my unlisted number?

they called me
while i was at school
and... i got in trouble ahah
but really though, its f***in' annoying

i didnt pick and they didnt leave any msg and never called me back.
i tried calling them back but it says this no hasn't been assigned to anybody

a voice said "Congratulations, your number has been selected as winner"

Got this call on my cell at 12pm.  I didn't press any buttons, just let the message repeat till it eventually hung up by itself.  Why would rogers allow this to happen??

Call from 9029987853 Oct 30, about noon.  I did not answer.  Person sent a text message saying I'd missed the call.  DNK how this person got my cell #.  I never called back.

Sounds like a Rogers promotion. They have been getting heat over some of their tactics and may have moved phoning locations. Be careful with them.

Ya me and my boifriend both got called by this number..which i thought was very freaky and i was scared..but its good to know we are not alone..and whoever is doin this..neeeds to get a life...asap

I received a call from this number but i missed it...i tried to call back but there's a weird voice message so i ignore it. Thanks a lot on this website, really it's a big help to share thoguhts about this stupid caller.

I received this call yesterday on my company cell phone. I was in the meeting and was not able to take the call. I'm in emergency management business. Therefore, its even more important for me to call back and the number is not assigned. I wonder what someone wants to acheive by calling? and how they can do that?

I received a call from the same number... I am wondering what phone company everyone is with?

Unknown number and as it appears is a number that as noted originates in
Nova Scotia, but who knows.   No message left just caller id.  After viewing
this website I see that others are getting unsoliciated calls.  So I have
no idea how or why my number was called.  Which is a cell number and not
listed.

Hi - I just got a call from this number as well but didn't answer. I'm not on do-not-call list but wonder where they would have gotten my cel number as I don't give it out. When I first called the number back I got the same message that the call can't be completed as dialed. Weird how they can create a number that apparently doesn't exist. Apparently there is a way to display a fake number when you call, which I guess is what has happened. Anyway, what is weird is that when i finally tried the number one last time, someone picked up. He had a raspy voice with an African type accent and told me I had won one of six valuable prizes ranging from cash, to a trip, to a car to a mansion. I was told that in order to proceed with my selection I would have to provide my bank account details as part of the process. Then I told the guy to go f*** himself and take the first flight back to Nigeria or wherever he comes from and stick to writing letters and to delete my phone number...

I received a call from this #  tried to call back but  # not assigned

The number originates from Nova Scotia.

I am on the Do Not Call List and especially receiving this type of call on my cell phone is anoying - this is costing me money!!!
