I get calls from this number several times a week.  There is no recording and no person on the line.  When I tried to use the blocking feature online for TWC, it claims that I cannot block it because it is not a valid number.  Then why the &$#* is it able to call me all the time?  These phone companies need to get off their collective a***s and create a way to permanently block such unwanted calls.   It irks me to no end that these nuisances are able to continue to call the land line I've been paying for for 25+ years.  I want to sue them all for the cost of my phone bill.

Unsolicited sales call. Had my name and address. I asked to be taken off their list.

I received a call from this number claiming to be selling a vehiicle warentee. When I told them I would call the dealer first and asked for their number, he hung up.

My advice is to let your answering service take the call if you don't recognize the name or number. These people deal mostly in volume, so they don't want to waste their energy or time talking to an answering machine. My message simply states my first name. Then I tell the caller that I do not accept calls from telemarketers or solicitors.So please hang up and bother someone else. Now, my phone hardly ever rings, especially with calls from repeat telemarketers. Don't allow these idiots the opportunity to ruin your day by taking a call from them. They don't understand the meaning of the word no, so let the machine tell them and you won't have to keep repeaing yourself.

I simply programmed my answering machine to say, Hi, this is Mary. I do not accept calls from telemarketers or solicitors, so hang up and bother someone else. Otherwise, leave me a message and I may or may not call you back. They always hang up. If I recognize the # or name, I will answer. Telemarketers don't like speaking to an answering machine any more than normal people do.

I get these calls every day, I do not need an a extended car warrenty, I also get calls from 732-359-0029, for the same reason, the caller id say spring lake, yea right.I will never pick up calls I don't recongized

I answered.  Person said, "May I please speak with............. and then hung up.   REALLY, do not even know who they are calling.  Extended car warranties are useless in my opinion, so glad they hung up.  

got a call tonight and told the guy to f off....he called back a minute later and i told him he was a piece of s***..he said i started it..blocked his number he continues to call 6 time s and going

Just got a call from that number and I answered it-they said it was a courtesy call for my 2009 Toyta-told them we didn't own one and never have and she said OK thank you we will take you off the list---

got a call from  1-903-086-2277  asking for my husband's name and on a car that was a chevy which we do not have.  I called the l-888 number and nobody answered but I left a message and told them off

Another unwanted intrusion. Just bought a new Panasonic Phone able to block 250 calls.To have to spend money to stop these jokers is a crime. Unfortunately we are the victims and no one will do anything to put an end to these telemarketers and put and end to these kind of jerks.

lady called me asking for my husband by name an said his warranty expired and he told her to call back! How did she get his first name ? Husband never heard of them of course! She refused to talk to me!

I googled and on Rip-Off Report there is a company called "Auto Processing Center" who apparently is making illegal solicitation calls about vehicle warranties. Could this be the company? From Rip-off Report, supposidly from an employee: "I am an employee of Auto Protection Alliance L.L.C. (DBA: Auto Processing Center). I manage the customer service department. I would simply like to go on the record with a couple of points here. Auto Protection Alliance L.L.C. is the name of our company. Auto Processing Center is our legal DBA. Omnisure Group L.L.C. and American Auto Shield are completely separate entities.

I got a call From this number and the area code is from Paris, Tx we have family in Paris.  But this was someone that  I did not know.

Female caller trying to sell an extended auto warranty. I told her we were not interested and to not call this number again, to which she replied "Oh, we will. We'll call back." This is a clear violation of FCC do-not-call rules at the very least, and I strongly suspect this is a scammer. The number displayed on the caller ID is not a valid number, and the caller would not identify the company for whom she was calling - both also violations of FCC DNC rules.

Calls every afternoon, leaves no message, hangs up.  I do not answer.  DNC register might be a SCAM.

They must love my answering machine....Will never get any info from me so just keep calling I will never answer..It is your dime not mine..

Keep getting phone calls on vehicle warranties when I already told them almost every single time they call that I don't have that vehicle anymore and my new one is already under warranty. They say ok we will put that in our computers and if they do why they keep calling? Just to get on my nerves.

I am sick of all these calls also.  I don't answer them if I am not familiar with the number.  But the phone rings sometimes 5 times a day with all these goofy numbers.  Wish something could be done.  

We have repeatedly received numerous phone calls from this number and when asked for a message they promptly hang up.  Very annoying!

Sick and tired of running to the telephone and finding out it's a call from those rats that have nothing else to do.

Ms Woodham defended bypassing both Federal and State (FL) do not by saying it was a ?robo-call?, it was not.  Ms. Woodham also said it was not a telemarketing call, it was.  I explained I would file complaints to both State and Federal agencies and was about to request removal from her call list when she said she did not have time for this and hung up.  Like I have for it?

I have found many of those "903" area codes are not Texas, but rather India. I think they call in the US 903 area figuring people are more likely to answer, thinking it's from someone in the East Texas area. I Searched this number on another site because I was suspicious of the "086" prefix. Here's what I found:

Spoofed Numbers: Caution, 903-086-2277 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number.
