On caller ID

the #903 331 0516 and 0516 call and hang up. its a land line  through
Level 3 Communications, Inc.  so i google it. snd thid is what i found out. seems  there systems are mess up. these are what the tx school dist use to send out there messages to parents. and it set on a timer. even if theres no message it still calls.

received 2 calls with 3 minutes today. What can I leagally do?? I want someone to pay for annoying me over and over.

I said hello 20 times, kept the line open of 5 mins. No response, no one talked, line stayed connected until I hung up after 5 mins.

Have been getting several calls from people like this all of a sudden this month. This is the third 'dead line' call.

For the last two days, I have received calls from this number. When I answer no one says anything, it is pissing me off.

Received a call from this number. No one was there. When I called back, I got a busy signal. I called back later, it rang but no one picked up.
