These people called me and had all my bank info. They wanted to give me a loan but told me I had to pay them 111.00 first. I told them I didn't want a loan an not to take any money from my account. I then called the bank and told them

This company said they would give a loan of 2500 into my account if i sent 125 by a green card. Then they said they needed an additional 122 dollars. No loan occurred. They will not give back the 247 dollars unless you go to Western Union and deposit  170 dollars then they say 3,170 dollars will appear in your account..and that is the only way you can get a refund. They are scammers!!!!!!  They have a middle eastern accent and the loan "officer is RYAN BLACK"  his CEO   ha.. is the one who would not refund unless you deposit 170 more..................like how crazy do you have to be....I filed a police report!   I hope they look good in orange or stripes. I have nothing good to say about fastcash.com!!!!!

Got various calls  from this number about a "case" that would result in me going in front of a judge. Gave me a case number of JMD98157116. Couldn't provide me with which County the charges would be from but the guy told me (in VERY broken & hard to understand English) that I would refer to the # he gave me when I saw the judge. RIGHT!!

These idiots have been calling me for over a year and half now. The numbers they call from change, but their tactics don't. Always some yahoo with a thick Hindi accent claiming his name is Brian Adams (sometimes Brad Adams or his 'supervisor' Peter Davis) from 'The Department Of Financial Services" saying I am being sued for unpaid payday loans. It is a load of crap, those are not their real names certainly and the department is totally made up. They never quite give up, but I found blasting loud rap or punk music into the phone or blowing an air horn usually makes them leave you alone for a few months. Sad part of it is, its all from a call center in Noida, India, using a VOIP line, so there isn't a lot the FBI can do about it. Just have fun with them. Remember, if you're messing with them that's less time they have to try to rip off someone else.

If you have a valid claim Mr.Dave,then send a letter to the address of the aledged accused,make sure it has your company name an physical address on it,so the victims can find out who you are an who is stealing the peoples personal information,why are you playing this cat an mouse game,what do you get out of harrassing people every dam day,I have a police report that my information was sold an stolen to the black market,I have fraud alerts on all my credit reports plus privacyguard monitoring.

They are a scam collection outfit who buy your personal information from lenders who are set up as a company that can loan you money.So if you ever put in your information an applyd for a loan on line,your personal information was sold to third party people who call you an try to scare the hell out off you about a loan you need to pay back that you never got from any loan company.Some one may have taken out a loan using your personal information,but I don't know how far they can get because if they get a check it has to have your name on it if it's going to be cashed,an if the company deposit the funds in their bank account via the net,then they would get the loan makeing it seem like you got the loan,but if it gets down to the wire they will have to prove beyound the reason of a doubt they you did get the loan,AND THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.I don't know what they get out of this by calling me every day an saying you will be sued for the fake loan,is life that boring to some people,I don't like the fact that my personal info is floating around out their,I got put some protection on my SSN# an alert the police of this identity theft.

i have been getting threating calls from this number ..there rude have nasty mouths even call my place of work and got very nasty with his mouth to my boss.. yes i did do the pay day loan off line and it ruined my life. cause i found out the lenders are giving out your info to these scammers. i live in ct and we have had them on the news and newspaper..

these guys have been calling me for several years now...there is no way to make them stop. block their number, next week they will call from a different number, it never ends. dont fall for their threats they have nothing on you but if you make a payment to them then they will drain your account and you will be totally screwed!

Update:

So the attorney called identified herself as an attorney on my behalf and said she wanted to speak to a supervisor...  The person slammed the phone down she said the person yelled something and of course Mr. Jones (coughs) was busy.
She left her information.  I doubt she nor I will be receiving any calls again.  
Well for probably another six months or so when they try the b.s. again.
No one is going to come and arrest you that night.....

These idiots called from a different number before and it is hillarious...  I told them before and had that I had the building attorney call them before and that I am not dealing with his scams.  He tried to cut me off and I just hung up the phone on him.
No call back.
I called the attorney and she says she is going to try and call it and do a reverse look up.  I just did that and it is a mobile number alledgedly from Sherman, Texas.
Anyway, I will post when I hear back from here...

They call me and tell me I'm in trouble for not paying a payday loan, that I've never had. They say that if I don't contact them they will have the police come to my work and arrest me.  He barely speaks english. He says his name is Mr. Davis and he's a paralegal. He even called my work and left the same type of message, that's after I not so politely told him where to go and how to get there and what to do along the way.

same message from different number, I keep blocking these idiots they say that they are paralegals and my social and name comes back that I'm in trouble for debts, I have no loans out. They barely speak english and are telling me good luck cuz if I don't call them back they can't help me.
