I got the very same call from the same name but I wasnt here so he left a voicemail. I'm going to call him back and say that I am my attourney and that I need an address so I know where to send legal documents. Lets see how they  handle legal language . They picked the wrong person for that this is my specialty.
I will be reporting them to the FBI but first I want to get some info to give them.

I got a call from this number saying it was Officer Derek Cooper. Yes, the man sounded foreign and like he was reading from a script. I did the research on the number and decided to call them back and tell them not to call me again. When the man answered I could hear noise in the background (not office...more like outdoors) and all he said was "how can I help you". No company name or professional greeting. All I said was "I got a call from this number, don't call me again" and as I hung up could hear him yelling something. Haven't gotten a call back...yet.

This is extortion dressed as debt collection. The agents' horrid threats are empty and their conduct is illegal. As early as possible it's critical to determine if your collector is domestic or yet another South Asian faker. The former you can sue into submission; the latter tend to be out of reach.

If you keep calling this number back and either just hang up or yell at them, they will stop calling you.  Harass them and disrespect them and they won't bother you again.  The caller admitted to scamming Americans and told me he there is nothing anyone can do.  These guys are low lives, scum of the earth!

I receievd a message today stating that it was an urgent matter and time sensitive matter that myself or my attorney needed to call back this number. With a thick accent, he stated his name was Jason Turner. If this was my first time getting this message, I would be very scared but I actually received this very same kind of call from another number about 2 weeks ago. The number then was 424-672-2205. His name was Robin Miller and he stated that he was an attorney for Financial Crime Investigations. I actually almost fell for this one but after numerous phone calls to different people and alot of google searches, called him back and told him that my attorney would be calling him back. The guy that called today did not state what company he was calling from and I have no intentions on calling him back. So frustrating!!!!

Got the same message and asked that I wanted to know who file a suit against me and they said they could not tell me. I told him if you cant tell me then I wont speak to him and told him not to call back, but I know they will under a differant number. Thez rag heads r stupid!!  They sound like ther reading a script!  They called. 5 times in one day...same msg!!

At 8:40 am I am receiving a call from this number,a rep named Nathan Brown calling from acls saying he is calling in re: to a legal matter. I told him I don't have any legal matters. told me it's thru my social.. again I told him I don't have any legal matters. This company is a scam. They talk nasty, disrespectful and are rude..

Someone called saying we owe them money and that we will have legal action taken against us. They claimed to be an attorney for their client but could not tell us who their client was. When we asked to speak with someone we could understand they got upset and just said they will take it to court. Then hung up on us.

Received call from Jonathan Brown claiming to represent "American Legal Services" and threatening legal action.  I told him I knew it was a scam, not to call ever again and would report him to the FBI which I just did.  Just be advised that this so-called American Legal Services is NOT the real one based in the United States.

Harassment calls...asked for paper notification...they just keep changing numbers,
