Called twice. Claims to be from Primus, offering an internet and VOIP package for $39.99. When asked where he was calling from, he stated that he is in Mississauga, Ontario. However, when I asked for his address he said he was not authorized to give that information as it is confidential. Asked him for his email address to confirm that he works for primus and was told his email address is victor415@primus.com. Told him to call me back once he replied to my email.

Have 2 phone lines in house and both lines tracking via call display (doesn't give name) showed just #. Been called multiple times by this phone #903-884-2939 on both lines - several times in last few days trying to sell Bell Sympatico when I finally answered call hung up on dude but he was still talking - heavy foreign accent - I live in Toronto area.

just received a call from 903-884-2939. i answered and waited for them to come on (i usually just hang up when i hear *the pause* but this time i wanted to let them have it). nobody came on. waited and waited, then the fast busy signal came on and i hung up. oh well...

Thanks for the info.   Also been receiving calls from these people. There is a company called Primus. (www.primus.com) If anyone's interested they should look it up.

Also received a call from this number.  Said they were from Primus regarding high speed internet and phone services.  Told them not interested but wouldn't give up so I hung up on them.  I don't know why they have to phone when we receive their flyers in the mail.    Sure sounds bogus to me.  Wish these people would make better use of their time.

Thanks for sharing this info... I too have been receiving calls from this number and nobody answers when I pick up.  I will now just ignore calls from this number.

Been getting this call too. And I don't have call display so I kept having to hang up. Now I'm just not answering my main phone and have told everyone to either leave a message or use my cellphone.

Very pissed off!

Also from Toronto. We did a search on www.anywho.com. for the number. Same info as above. 2 or more calls a day. We don't answer.

I thought I was the only one who had this problem. Someone has been calling me from the number for the last few days. I haven't been home to answer but I can only assume that it's one of the companies that we do business with that has sold our phone numbers to them. Anyone here has insured their car with Meloche Monnex (TD)?. I could be wrong but I am assuming it's them because I have been getting similar calls from other companies since I insured my car with them.

I started getting calls from this number at the beginning of June but forgot about it. The first time a man called - saying "on behalf of Bell Canada" and then asked me if I used Bell Canada! Hung up.
The last week or so it's been several times a day, at different times but very close to the hour each time.
This time I thought to do a google search and saw that lots of people have the same problem.
If you want to avoid the calls and you have a Bell phone - you can do *60 "Call Screen lets you redirect calls from up to 12 phone numbers to a recording that lets callers know that you are not taking calls at this time."

Most recent was july 27th at 8:40pm. I have not been home to answer any of the calls but keep seeing it on my call display. Is there any way for me to block this number?

Called a few times now, hung up or no answer.  All times of the day.  I have the ability to block calls that don't have call display but this one does so no joy.

Toronto. An auto dialer (I assume) from this number has been calling every day or two for weeks. There is never anyone there when I pick up -- just silence and after about 1 minute the line disconnects. Really annoying.

Similar; called here a few days ago, no message.  Called again this morning - I answered, they didn't respond nor hang up.  Assuming phone problem, I called back (I do a lot of business in Texas, I'm in Ontario).  Got an unusual answering machine message "Nelson (inaudible) is using this as a callback number.  Please call Canadian Phone Busters at..."

I don't know if my attempt to call them got diverted by Bell to the Canadian Phone Busters line or what; it gave a reference number.

Someone left me a voice message from this number, slightly incoherent, screaming "Mulu, Mulu".

some dude named Rock called and asked about my 'situation', then quickly hung up.

I received a call today from this number (903-884-2939) very East Indian heavily accented person says he is working for Bell Canada, and wanted to thank me for using their services, then quickly hung up. So did I!!

I have received this call on my home land line 5 times today.  I'm glad we didn't pick up.  Thanks for sharing the info.

This number has called my cell numerous times over the last two days, and I haven't picked up. glad now!

On July 12,2007 I checked my call display, and starting at 7:17A.M and ending at 8:48P.M. that number showed up on my call display six times, no message was left.  The incoming call at 8:48P.M. I answered the phone but I didn't speak, a woman with a heavy accent kept saying Hello for 30 seconds before she finally hung up.  That was the last call I received from that phone number that day. Ontario, Canada.

They didnt answer me when I said hello.  But they didnt hang up either.  Let me know if there is a way to block these calls.

I have received at least a dozen phone calls from this number claiming to work for Bell and trying to sell me Sympatico service. Is there nothing that can be done to make this person go away?

Called and I have telemarketers blocked

A guy with an accent asked if I have a mortgage and then tried to get information about the rates I'm paying. "Brock Scott" was on my CID but the name of the guy calling was different.
