did you ever reach a resolution with them?

In my case.. it was Check N Go.  I was having a situation handled by a 3rd party debt collector, who apparently hasn't been handling it, so now I'll have a beef with them.  However Check N Go was using this "firm" to file claims against people who haven't been taking care of their business.  They are very rude, and very loud..  I had to ask the man to lower his voice because I did not deserve to be spoken to in this matter when he had absolutely no idea of the history of this transaction.

Recieved threatening calls from a man calling himself John King.  The point of the call wasnt even us, it was to get in touch with a friend.

Getting calls after calls how can I stop them

I am receiving threatening calls at work from (903) 949-6231 & (888) 247-9639.  I want the harressment to stop.  They claim that they will be serving me papers.  Please help!!

I know these folks are a scam because they keep threatening to come to your home to serve you with papers. Grant you, they will tell you nothing about the paperwork. By law, unless you have been sent a letter certified mail by a collections company; you are not to be served with anything I checked. I called the local police on this phone number and I will be making a full statement if these calls don't stop! They can threaten you all they want but it's illegal!

I have received back to back threatening phone calls on my cell phone from 903-949-6231. I am tired of it. They even called my job and left a threatening message about me. I would like to know who they are, so that I can have them arrested, saying that they have filed charges against me.

I receied a call from this number (they left a message) saying that they have a cahrge against me and gave another number - 1-877-919-4252 - for me to settle the claim.  I have NO outstanding debt except for my mortgage - experian score of 846!  This same individual called late last week with the same message and threatening tone.  Really, he sounded like a buffoon!  I blocked the number from last week but he came in again today on 903-949-6231 which is a different number.  

I feel no obligation to call these fools back and if I knew who they were trying to contact I wouldn't tell them.  How do I find out who they are so that I can take action against them?  Any help would be appreciated.
