I just got an e-mail from this guy Mike Robinson and he is telling me I am approve for 5,000, i replay to him and ask how much wil  cost me and he e-mail me back telling me to call him to discuss the loan, thank for all of this information

Most definitely a scam. This "mike robinson" convinced my boyfriend that he was going to get a loan of $$3000.  He said that he was going to make $300 monthly payments and that he needed to load $300 on the vanilla prepaid card to ensure that he would be able to come up with $300. My boyfriend believed him and thought he was doing something good for us and wanted to surprise me. They ended up taking the money off the card and THEN proceeded to tell my bf he was not eligible because he had some debts owed but my bf could be eligible for a federal grant and he would call him back to let him know if he was eligible or not. When he called my bf back and said he could get him the federal grant if he paid another $280 dollars. At this pointbi intervened and told my bf he was not paying anymore money. My bf still was convinced this was legit and tried talking me into it. I refused and he said that he wld call them to give him his $300 back. I told him that was highly doubtful. As I proceedes to get out of the shower I heard my bf poumd something downstairs and I knew what the story was. "MIKE ROBINSON" told him they were going to use the $300 towards the debt that my bf owed. Now we will be going to the bank tomorrow to change his acct info. I wish I had gotten involved sooner but I had jus gotten off a 2 day train ride and just wanted to come home and relax. Sigh:(

This number IS A SCAM. I contacted MyCashNow directly. They said that Mike Robinson or Mark Ward neither one works for them. I let them know that we received a call from this number wanting us to get a voucher to "show we can repay the loan" www.mycashnow.com is completely legit. The lady there and with the BBB let me know if ANYONE wants you to put money up front (Green Dot, Vanilla Voucher.......) DO NOT DO IT!!!! Any legitimate lending institution will not require that type of verification. The will verify your bank account, workplace, and possibly credit score. I hope this post helps others from making the same mistake I made ( Cost us $500).
