They called my work and I didn't even know until i came across a sticky note in the mutual desk that had my name on it.  Said that it was eric Wilson that needed someone to call back right away.

i want to know how these people r getting all my information cause i move around alot but they had everything and the threats are ridiculous i mean i am in the middle of some legal issue that something i said and it wasnt even close to what they told me on the phone it took everything in my power not to say something back but i didnt but i just dont understand and its ridiculous that people have to be subject to that type of crap!

i just got the same call from the same # talking about the same thing and i would be arrested tomarrow
i could really understand what the company name was but they had my social security # and my mother's information also and the guy on the phone threatin me and my mother!

WHEN I FIRST RECEIVED THE CALL THEY TOLD ME I HAD A WARRANT OUT FOR MY ARREST I KNOW I HAD"NT DONE NOTHING WRONG HE SAID I BORROWED 8.000 AND I CAN PAY 480.76 TO CLEAR THE ACCOUNT THESE PEOPLE ARE STUPID,AND DUMB AS HELL TO THINK THEY CALL GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING THEY NEED TO GO TO HELL AND DONT CALL BACK

I got a call saying the samething.

Report the call to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  If the callers were from a legitimate, law abiding business, they would not threaten you, which is illegal per the FDCPA.

I just received the call from this same telephone number claiming they are from Richard and Hawkins Legal Associates..Claiming I received a payday advance from American Cash and I owe them $689.23.  They threatened to contact my employer to pursure legal actions against me..I have never heard of any American Cash nor have I taken out any payday advances.  I told them all of this information and the foreign lady got real rude and abrupt with me..so I hung up...

This guy calls and asks for a person this is the second time when I have asked them to not call this number he leaves a message threaten to have me and the person locked up within 24 hours. Then threats to call this person job and have them to lose there job. I feel this us waaaay over the limit of any customer service rep and if I know the person  they was looking for I'll help her sue them. Suppose to be a law form but you can heat other CSR talking in the background.

I got the same call today twice from this number. This guy was a foreigner named Derrick.

Left Voice mail message saying that  I or my lawyer needs to call back right away.  Said his name is Stuart Long.  Very time sensitive message, return the call now.  Wishes me good luck if I don't call back and the situation lands on me.

This caller is trying to say i had a check fruad that money was deposited into my account... which is not true has this number called anyone else
