Its a SCAM.. This has been ongoing for over a year now. They get your information from payday loan companies and threaten to have you arrested. Do a google search if you want more details but this is a FLAT out scam. They call with very broken english and claim to be people like "Tony Williams, Nigel Morris, Eric Williams" and so on. If you get a call, contact your local police as well as the FTC and FBI.

I have been receiving calls from these people for a year.  They call my work, home and cell phone.  They will call every 20 seconds or so for about 10 minutes, they have threatened to arrest me, garnish all my wages, and get me fired from my work.

I get the same thing as a voice mail on my cell phone. I called back and told them they had no idea what they were talking about. They haven't called me back yet.

has been calling my home # and work # saying they are from the legal dept and there is a case against me and that my ss# is going to be downloaded to the courthouse???  Called my work today and left a message for me saying that I was going to be arrested today at 6:00 either at my house or at work.  The "name" of the person who called was "Eric Williams".  I spoke to "Victor" last night and told him I knew this was a scam and to stop calling me, but as you see that didn't happen.
