shawn willams said I was approved for 5000.00 at a interest rate od 8% and my payments would be 264.00 a month for 24 months and I would get my money into my banj account in 30 mins ii need to go get a green.money pak voucher and I could get it at walmart they don't sell vouchers just cards so I didn't do it I have two kids and don't want to loose my apartment I new it was to good to be true.... they are a scam...

I called them back and told them I researched their company and they had several complaints on them. The guy said I don't think so but I told him I googled it and yes they do he hung up on me!

I called in on 6/4/2013 I was told I will b gettn a 3000.00 loan if I provide them with a 427 green dot card I went n got the card an hour later the funds were not n my account I call bk to talk to John Ryan he then explain I needed another 350 green dot card becuz my credit he will not refund my funds at all n will no longer answer the phone wen I call it was a scam please b careful but I will see John soon  I will not let this go

Some lady called from 85690067791 offered me a loan  for $1000 but needed to call this number 9042228525 and give them my information. She said that it was Loans of America

Do not fall for this scam. They are so arrogant they pry on people who apply for loans. Harassing them. We need to stand up to them. (904) 222-8525. Contact the Federal trade commison

Got a call on 5/27/2013 from first number 907-000-020829 by the name of Mark Williams extension 102. He verified my information and then said I need to talk to Ryan his fiance manager at (904)222-8525, who proceeded to tell me to get a green dot scratch voucher for $145 to prove my credit worthiness and to call back and give him the information.off of the voucher. Then they will proceed to deposit the $1,000 into my bank account.

This company called me and said I had been approved for a loan but I had to send them money first and then asked me to call a second number 3474786930. I realized it was a scam so if you receive any calls from either of these numbers just hang up.

I received a call from this number stating that it was Loans of America and that I had been approved for a loan for up to $5,000.  If I wanted $1,500 deposited into my account within the hour, with 12 monthly payments of $159, I would need to go and get a Green Dot money pack and put $159 on it because I had poor credit (a lie) and then they would put $1659 in my account.  I was to call back once I had done this and the money would be deposited.  I obviously knew it was a scam so I didn't do it but I did call the number back and it rang for 7 rings and then beeped and disconnected.  When I googled the company it has several complaints against it and has taken over $30,000 from numerous people.  Please beware and DON'T FALL INTO THIS SCAM!!!

They called me "offering" me a loan for 1000 stating id only have to pay 178.00 a month for 7 months to pay it back, then said id have to send them money 1st via western union to confirm I'm a working customer!?! I told them I will not do business without seeing something in writing, they could not email me this but insisted they would be getting it in the mail... yeah right! They sounded like a scam, glad I told them to screw off & that I was smart enough & didn't become a victim of their lies & fraud.

I recvd call from this same number different jerk. He also called my inlaws about payday loan. Left message with my info saying a court case was being filed today in regards to criminal matter. When I called back from different number heard generic cell phone message. Called back and got nothing. Today called and got someone diff who kept trying to ask me info until I asked him what this was about. He said I had outstanding loan from 06'. Yea right. When I asked for number he gave me another number with same answering service. What companies use messages like that? Scam

I have received harassing phone calls from this number as well - 904-222-8525.  The caller identifies himself as a lawyer named Mark Ryan and says he is calling about a business matter.  He never identifies the matter.  He also "wishes me luck" if I do not respond to his voicemail.  When he odes call, the number on my caller id comes up as #1016 - quite suspicious....

this is another # in the long list of phone #'s and names that have been harassing me about a past due payday loan - they will not provide anything in writing when requested and yell instead of talk like a norman human being - the name for this particular phone # is Troy Wilson?  Has anyone else gotten this # yet?
