Recieved a call from this number, pressed 1 and told them not to call me again.  They hung up on me...

These idiot have been calling my home since December - here are the last 14 numbers they've used in the last few months. All of the calls have used recorded messages with an offer for a free energy audit. Once, after repeated calls by them, I stayed on the line to be transferred to a live person so I could demand the removal of my number from their list. I informed the guy I spoke with that I was on the government's "Do not call" list and that I wanted them to immediately remove my name. It was as if he was deaf! I have never experienced such aggressive and rude sales tactics! He hardly allowed me to speak - I had to hang up on him. It did NO good - the calls still continue. I have reported all of the numbers in the past two months to the www.donotcall.gov site but they continue. Call Call Call  the (800) 837-1239 number....get the names of who you spoke with each time.  Keep calling and bothering them.  After 5 phone calls they typed something in the computer and the calls have stopped.  Michael said I was on the no call list.  Lisa stated I had to set up an energy evaluation visit to be placed on the no call list...which is soliciting.   So my advise keep calling the (800) 837-1239 number...tell you family friends...hell tell your enemies maybe they will get a clue with thousands of calls.

I have received these as well and its taken me a bit to piece this to gether but as far as I can tell most of the bogus calls regardless of what names comes through which are usually masked or faked and regardless of who they represent come from the same phone bank out on Jacksonville beach. They apparently do the dirty work for illegitmate businesses and scam artists Like The organisation for energy saving, Fake FOP and a host of other shysters. So you actually have 2 culprits here. But the clearing house and hand maiden is the Phone bank out on the beaches.

I have received several calls from this group, calling themselves the Organization for Energy Savings.  All calls have been from cell numbers; however, they did leave a number of (800) 837-1239.  I had entered 5 to be taken off their list several times, but that did no good.  I called the number they provided and forcefully asked to be taken off their list, and I still received a call.  They can be reached at the toll free number, and they do not like it when they are asked if they are legit why do they use cell numbers.  Also, the company is based out of Orlando where there have been numerous complaints on this type of call.  If you receive a call from these jokers, you can call the FCC to report.  They are also using (904) 422-1000.

This is about a free energy evaluation where they try to sell you solar panels.  They now use hispanic names on the caller id to try to get over on you.  Just telemarketers, report them and block their number.

I receive a phone call every day,twice a day. I hang up on the recording. I call back to ask them not to call me again and you can't call them. This phone number belongs to Luis Moreno, Jacksonville, Fl. 32202.

Same here, only no one is on the other end, just a recording. They call a lot, even though we are on the Do Not Call registry.  

A friend also gets calls from them and he did speak to someone to remind them he is on the Do Not Call list as well. He was told that they are not soliciting but just taking a "survey" and not subject to the rules of the Do Not Call registry. He asked them to stop calling. They still call.

They have called again on two of my telephones.  I have made complaints on the Do Not Call Registry.

Called, no answer, then I tried calling back and got a recording saying the caller is not accepting calls at this time.  My caller ID listed:  Moreno Luis.

Called the past few days, never leaves message. name on Caller ID come ups Moreno Luis.

Stop calling me

They just called again and tried to say a friend recommended me and everything is paid for for a free energy inspection. I told them to stop calling me I was not interested, she kept talking and would not listen. I hung up on her and will report to do not call list.

I got two calls this week from this number. I don't know who it is nor do I care. I just wish they would stop calling.

I received a call on both my cell phones from this # this morning.  My cell phone numbers are the same exchange, just different last four.  They must be using a dialer.  I did not answer either call so I can not comment on the nature of the call.

We receive calls from this number every day.  Tried calling their number but 'they are never receiving messages.   They are trying to sell something.

I got several calls from this # with recorded message.  This number will not receive calls.  I am reporting them to the FCC.

904-236-9439 has been calling me day after day even though I've told them to stop.  I am on the Do Not Call list but they say it doesn't matter b/c they aren't selling anything!   I am reporting them to the FCC.
