Just got a call from this number telling me that I or a family member may be eligible for money due to malpractice by a pharmecutical company.

I have a contact named AA-CRAP.  All solicitors' calls are then assigned to that contact. My application on the cell phone allows me the opportunity to send all AA-CRAP calls to voice mail and I assign a ringtone of "Silent".  I probably have 75 or more numbers under my AA CRAP contact.  If it's important, they'll leave a voice mail...but, usually not anything important...and I NEVER know again if they call.  Reason for AA CRAP name...top of the list...easy to find to assign.

Baboo from India called me three times to ask about the vaginal mesh I had installed.  Must have occured while I was drunk.  On the fourth call I answered, "Attorney General's Office; Fraud Division,"...Baboo hung up and hasn't called back.

Got a call from this number less than 4 days after changing my cell phone number! Amazing...

Registered my number on the do not call list registry and will report the number. You registered number has to be in their system before you can report telemarketing/scam/unwanted texts, etc.

How we handle these kinds of calls? Answer in gibberish and act like you don't speak English ;)

This number call saying I can win some medical stuff. Ask if I ever had trans-vaginal done? I hang up!

I didn't pick up and there was no message on the answering machine (so it must have been very important).

You can call your phone company to ask them to be on the no call list. If they call you get money for every time they call.

just got a call from them today. I just switched my phone number and I receive a call from them today asking for mr roberts. I inform them that I got the number less than 2 weeks ago and I am not mr roberts. the woman on the other line started to try to ask me the medical questions, but i cut her off and told her to remove me from her list and hung up on her. Then I saved the number under stupid a***oles so when they call I know to talk to them like they are pieces of s*** as I do to all unsolicited harassing calls to my unpublished, new phone number.

Today, for the 4th or 5th time this month, I have received a call from this number and I am tired of asking them to remove my name from their calling list. I have never been on birth control, nor have I had a trans vaginal mesh. I am so disgusted with these people that I have decided to contact the FTC. I'm done!!!!

when i answered the phone with the above no. 904-239-5684 I knew it was a call of some annoyance so when I answered it I was sort of barbaric and said what do u want in a husky voice and she hung up. And that's one way of returning the rude be-havior of this companies policy.

I called the number back and got connected to a supervisor (Michelle) I then asked her to give me the contact info for where they are getting my phone number. She said that she was not able to provide that information. Then I told her that by law she has to provide me with this information. She told me that they are not telemarketers and that they are conducting research. So I asked her what organization is sponsoring her research, she told me that her company was sponsoring it. So then I asked her to give me the contact information to her company and she refused. So I once again said that by law when conducting research on human participants an individual must be able to provide all information to the participants in the study. She gave me a customer service #18883541786. when I searched this number it gave me pharmacy headquarters. When I called the number they told me that I shouldn't have called there and hung up.

So the parent company is Pharmacy Headquarters based out of florida located at 3900 hollywood boulevard, Hollywood Florida. I dont know if this helps anyone but I thought you might want to know deeper information that I gained.

How did these pills find me? I do not appreciate call in earlyish morning and have my own superb health coverage via the Fed.s

Glad I looked up this number and found you guys as well. I have been getting several calls from this number as well, for the past month or so. I have not answered it. They have not left a voicemail other than a couple of short silent ones. Hope somebody will put a stop to whoever it is. This is the first time I received unknown calls since using Boost Mobile for the past 2 years. (unlike past providers) . Why now?  : ( Good Luck Everyone!

Hi have you found any legal plan for action they have been harassing me daily multiple times a day for 2 months!

For 2 months I have received calls on multiple recordings I have stated to remove me from their call list. They call roughly 3 times a day I have also on recordings stated to them this is harassment . I have continuously asked and then told them to stop

They are keep calling my number and asking about medical questions.Every time they call I ask them to stop.

4 times I've asked them not to call my phone. They are looking for someone who use to have this number. There a law firm looking for cases medicine gone wrong  ECT. Bottom dwellers.

Since blocking is hard to accomplish with my cell phone provider, I have a contact called "Z-Do not pickup". Any time I get this or other annoying phone calls I add them to this contact (I have 11 numbers in there so far) and then I can just silence the call and move on with life. It seems like when you don't pickup they leave you alone. I put the Z on the contact name so it would be at the bottom of the list and not in the "D" list.

I am getting repeated calls from 904-239-5684. Every time they call I ask them to stop. This is harrassment & I will report them to the Attorney General of my state if they don't stop

Called three times after I told them I was on the no call list.  They were asking medical questions.  Ended up hanging up on them after I told them to take me off of their list or I would report them.

I have been receiving multiple phone calls from 904-239-5684. Some Medical Health System (David was the name of the last individual) asking the same medical questions as posted here on this site. I have not yet experienced any disrespect however repeated requested that my number be removed from the call list. This has not yet been honored since I am still receiving the calls. Anyone out there see a plan for legal action?

Where are they getting my cell phone number from?  All of the sudden, within the last couple of weeks, I am getting all kinds of unsolicited calls from Florida.  Any ideas on how I can stop them?

Yep .. was able to block this call with my cell phone.
I didn't give them a chance to speak.
