Very annoying. They keep calling to offer a housewarming gift (apparently our do not call has not kicked in yet). They called 4 times today, and I keep telling them not to call anymore. Last call was 9 PM! They need to be shut down.

These phone calls have been totally annoying & UNCALLED for!
I was told that I was having a free water testing as a new home owner
I would receive a gift card which I never RECEIVED!
I told the caller that I was not interested if they are trying to seel the home owner anything!
They assured me there was no product trying to be sold, JUST A WATER TEST!
After 20 plus calls I was so annoyed that I canceled the appointment that was scheduled and th enext morning the gentleman from the company still showed up!!!
After 2  1/2 of taalking, testing, questions we politely told him we were NOT interested.
He continued to bring up different numbers & made a phone call twice to his manager.
We politely told him we were not interested at this time & he continued talking & my husband had to ask him to not pressure us & to politely Please Leave!!!

It's illegal to keep calling someone after you tell them to take you off their list. JDK Services doesn't seem to care. How can they get away with this?

Just got our new number yesterday.  Think it's odd if it's a Jacksonville # and they want to cme tst my water when I live 7 hours away from Jax!!

Caller trying to offer a "housewarming gift" if you allow them to test the water in your home. Very persistent and often rude.

The usual scam is they want to come out to your home, do a free water test, prove you have bad water and hard-sell you on a water purification/filtration system costing $thousands. They may even offer a refund guarantee or some ridiculous warranty. People generally report great difficulty in getting a refund or exercising the warranty. You can buy equivalent systems for much less if you shop around.

I went on www.FCC.gov and filed a report. I also went to www.donotcall.gov to be put on the no call list.

I received over 50 calls in 3 weeks when I moved into my new home,  I turned them into the BBB and just received a response that they would remove me from their "internal no call list".  I received calls from area codes 904, 407, 321 and 386.  They're crazy, I would tell them to quit calling and they would dial every 3 minutes and hang up.  Everyone turn them into BBB.  You can do it online and it only takes a minute!

Caller from "JDK Services" in Jacksonville, FL wanting to do a water quality test. She claimed she spoke with someone in my household before but I explained that no one by the name she gave lived here. I then asked to be taken off the list and hung up. I got 3 more phone calls right after the other. When I answered the last one, I told the girl on the phone that her constant calling is going to wake up our baby that is sleeping and she said "What you don't care about the water your baby is drinking?!?" WTF?!?!?!?!?! She was very mouthy. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she hung up.

I just got another call from this #, the woman again did the same talk off about sending a gift card. But I got the name of the company this time she said it was JDK Services. When I again told this girl to get my info removed and told her about my previous conversation she said I'll remove the information and hung up in my face. She also told me their company had no corporate number... which I found odd.

I don't think you're on the right # pissoff. I just received a call from this #, claiming to do a survey on our local water, we live in Jacksonville Fl, so when I picked up I thought it was something local. When I called the # back after the call it was not in service, which means it probably isn't a local company, they just use the area code to block their real #.My wife told me they've called before, while I was talking to the girl about trying to send me a gift card to come out & test my water she asked me if it was the water testing people and I told her yes, she said they call at least once every two weeks and to tell them we aren't interested and the lady on the other end of the line got mouthy on me asking why I would turn down a gift card then hung up on me. The only thing that bothers me is I told her what time I get off work and now I'm not sure if someone might try to come by or not. This is a complete scam as they probably try to get into your house and sell you a filtration system like mentioned above. Telemarketers don't get offended and mouthy when you tell them no unless they're bogus or breaking laws to begin with.

i got one of these calls it was from a 904 area code, they demanded money or i would be arrested for wire fraud for a payday loan i took out in  2009. i remember paying that off,  this idiot travis taylor, say ~oh, we are just trying to collect the interest on it.~  what the f---?  are you kidding me, i called my police department to make a report!

we've had the same problems as the previous people.  When you try to call this number back there is no answer.  We get this call at about 8:30 every evening.  You'd think someone would get the message, we don't want to talk to them either by now.

We get calls from this Jacksonville FL phone number every evening between 5 & 5:30 PM. I'd like the calls to stop. I don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the name or number.
