Keep calling me from multiple numbers & never leave messages. Anyone on here who has trouble with these types of calls, do yourselves a favor & get a Google voice number. It's free & allows you to block calls by just clicking block. All you need is to set up a gmail email account then you'll have access to Google voice. Give out the Google number to creditors & you'll never have to worry about getting harassed. You can set it to block unknown calls automatically. The system will detect calls from the same place & block any multiple numbers from the same source. I kept getting someone else's calls from this place & even telling them I am not the person they are looking for but they wouldn't stop calling. Google voice fixed all that for me & I even have the app on my cellphone. Get yourself some piece of mind & get Google voice to put an end to these type of calls. The other plus is that even if the calls say unknown you'll still see who it belongs to & where they're calling from on your call logs. There are ways to fight back people & this is one way!

So that's the best thing you can come back with. Insulting the way she types on the computer? It is her job to collect your debt. Yeah, I know it sucks to pay bills but if you agree to terms and conditions you owe the bill. Why can't you understand that? Find out why you owe the bill first before you start arguing about why you do not when you actually are ignorant to the Terms and Conditions of the service you were received. You owe the bill pay the bill! If you are not going to pay say you are not going to pay. Dont tell the collector all these "my dog ate my homework" excuses. That is irrelevant, they do not know you personally and its not going to do anything to help the debt.

Okay so did you do research on the debt? Do you know why you owe the debt? Or did you just assume that you do not owe it. Did you give her the chance to explain or did you just argue? I do not work here but I know the Terms and Conditions of Tmobile and most likely its because of Early Term Fees. You never signed a contract you say? You activated the phone and used the service so you automatically agreed.

you tell them! Its an attempt to collect a debt. Debtors have every excuse in the world as to why they cant pay. Also if its a wrong number just say it is a wrong number take off the list. Dont tell them what residence it is, where you are from, what race you are.....just say take it off the list! You owe a debt and chances are that you didnt read the contract before you signed or agreed to it. Dont be ignorant. There is a reason why they are calling you....because you OWE! Quit making excuses!

Well, the next 200 times I have to tell you that no such person is at this number you can remove this number from your incorrect data base! I have told you at least 200 times that you have the wrong number and are harassing an elderly woman, but some how you still manage to call. How many times does a person have to tell you that YOU have the WRONG number! Keep it up and you will have 1 more lawsuit on your hands for harassment! You think you can bully some people, well you have chosen the wrong old lady to mess with. Keep calling and the next worker that gets me on the phone will have a nice loud whistle blown in their ear! I do not tolerate stupidity and I hope your medical plan covers damage to the ears!

Oh and I have been nice and calm, but enough is enough. I should not have to tell you more than twice to remove my number from your database! I'm tired of being nice now after 200 calls during all hours of the day and NIGHT!

Oh and you need to brush up on your grammar and spelling. Lieing... I'm sure you have spell check on your computers there at work. If not, maybe the company should invest in some that does.

DCI are scamming pieces of dog s***. I can't believe they have the gall to come here and act like they're a legitimate business.

They called my father who I have not lived with for 8 years and told him I owed Comcast $900+ which is is simply ridiculous as 1) Comcast is big enough to do their own collections 2) Comcast cuts you off before your bill reaches the $500 mark. They then called my mother. I'm in my 20's why the f*** are they talking to my parents about a bill that's in my name? Pathetic. My Comcast bill has been paid off for a long time and I haven't used Comcast service for months when they called me. They're very obviously scammers and think they can pull this b***s*** on people, i'm telling everyone I know about them.

I work for DCI and will say I have read and re read many of the complaints on here, so I am going to address what I can and hopefully shed some light.
First off DCI does not tolerate insubordination to the law by any employee.  Yes you do have a few that think they can get away with things but trust me they don't.
All you have to do is ask them CALMLY to remove your number from the list as you have no contact or do not know or don't want to be contacted and they will remove it.
The sad part about all of this is most of the numbers that are hung up on are because the dialer d/c the call not the person who is making the calls.  Just remember nasty will get you nasty, being nice will most likely bring nice.
We have a job to do, and we are not customer service, we are a collection agency working for corp offices who expect the money you owe.  Hanging up on us, lieing to us saying its not you when in fact we know it's you does nothing for you.  All we are going to do is call back again and again again.  That is our job.
I do understand some really have hardships, but most out there (and they know exactly who they are) Can pay some of these bills off.  DCI offers payment plans and settlements.  So instead of sitting on the internet bitching about what they do wrong why don't you man up and settle the bill, this resolves alot of the issues here, one we stop calling, two the debt gets satisfied and three you more than likely can go back to the company with a bill that states paid in full or settled in full.
We do see transunion scores, bank accounts and many other things on your records.  These were not records we created these are legal documents that are made for debt collectors to use and help the customer with a repayment plan.   You think for some reason you can out smart us, you really can't.  Even though we can't say to your on the phone you "liar"  we know when you are lieing.
Like I said if you pay the bill you wont have a issue, you create bills they are not just going to go away, this s*** will follow you no matter where you go.  And to the spanish speaking community, stop acting like you cant speak english, we also know this to.  When you answer HELLO no he isnt here or yes I am him then break out in full spanish after you find out we are a collection agency does NOT help you.  All calls are recorded every single call we make that is the law.  So if you lie and you are recorded lieing this can be used in Court.  Yes we have guidelines, we know what we are aloud to do and not aloud to so, then again you also have rules.  You sign a contract its legal.  Get off your band wagons, you can afford spend money on the net, I think it would be better to put that money towards your friggin bills.

First off if they are calling YOUR son, its not your buisness why they are calling, that is the law.  They are not aloud to talk over your SONS personal matters.  It just cracks me up how parents even of grown people feel the need to protect them instead of educate them on paying bills and how this does affect the credit score.  Stop crying over someone calling your son and teach him to pay his damn bills so they dont have to call

Unless your the debtor,If you are the debtor (person in debt)then folks just pay your bills, or tell them you have no intent to pay!!! SAY THE WORDS I REFUSE TO PAY,easy - stop wasting your time and there's and if your not the person SAY IT!!!  Now I agree if your still going threw it after all that then contact an Attorney there on the TV constantly,You are right you don't need to be harrassed but how are these PEOPLE (not just collector's) supposed to know if you don't answer your phone! We are not all these nasty people but sometimes with all the lies we are told and the attitudes we get what the hell do you expect! Easiest way to get them off your back 1)Cease and Desist letter make sure you write the numbers being called 2)File BKR chap 7 or 13 (just being realistic) make sure you give company this attorney info.As for work calls FDCPA-Collectors can call work up till you say STOP CALLING MY JOB OR I'M NOT ALOUD PERSONAL CALLS-as for your cells and home#'s I gave you the answers you seek-WE ARE PEOPLE TOO!!!

Contact the agency and calmly explain your situation. In most cases the collector may be able to offer you a settlement (discount your bill).

You claim to be a former collections trainer, yet you are incorrect regarding the fines and your verbatim...

Collection Agencies are only required to cease and desist communication with debtors if the debtor submits something in writing. A verbal cease & desist only stands in a few states.

The fine can be up to $1,000 per claim-not occurence.

Called this number back and reached someone from Diversified Consultants who stated that I still owe $34.00 on a Sprint bill that was paid 8 months ago.  Have not received any bills from Sprint or any communication by mail from Diversified.  The person I spoke to was rude and crude.  Would not pay them one red cent.  Called Sprint and complained (not that it did much good) and sent an e-mail to Dan Hess (the CEO) of Sprint.  If this is the kind of activity I can expect from Sprint, I would advise everyone to quit using them.

If DCI is wrongfully bothering you, just get after their top brass. Gordon (C) Beck, who the Fla secretary of state recognizes as chief operating officer of Diversified Consultants, seems to live at 8 Audubon La, Flagler Beach, and seems to have a home land line home phone number of 386-439-8514 and direct office number of 904-493-0720. Donald (M) Zehnder, who the Fla secretary of state recognizes as president and secretary treasurer of Diversified Consultants, seems to live at 3213 Trophy Place Jacksonville Fl 32225, appears to have a home phone number of  904-565-1020, a business phone of 904-247-5500 x 115, and a cell phone of 904-316-1168. VP Christopher Zehnder seems to live at 3818 Valverde Cir, Jacksonville 32224. Director Nicole Michelle Zehnder Smith seems to live at 1078 21 St N, Jacksonville Beach and have a number of 904-247-4321. CEO Charlotte L Zehnder (AKA Charlotte L Mullinnix) sold her house at 11060 Crystal Lynn Ct Jacksonville on 3/18/2011 to Dixie Ward for $545,000 according to the Duval county property office. Prior to that her home phone number seemed to be 904-714-2149. Don't do what Diversified does and make 50 harassing calls to the wrong person, though. And if you phone or visit them using this public information please do not act in an illegal or violent or inappropriate way.
