I have the same problem from the same number.  They all act dumb like this has never happened before.  I ask to speak to managers, etc. and I am met with the same weak excuse and promise it will not happen again.  Who would like to file a class action suit against them?  This is get very old.

I'm on the Federal Do Not Call Registry and Florida Do Not Call Registry and still get calls from Safe Touch. I've never solicited information from Safe Touch and have never had Safe Touch's services. Do you not comply with the law when you try to make your living?

since we are going to resort to personal attacks and such, let me just send a little warning to everyone here...SAFE TOUCH WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! They will tell you that you are signing a three year contract and make you pay it all up front instead of monthly. After the initial three years are up, you will start receiving a bill. When you call to cancel, they will tell you it was ACTUALLY A FIVE YEAR CONTRACT, but they only charged you for the first three...BEWARE!  PS-Whose an idiot or loser now?

lol these guys call my office all the time to telemarket home security systems. the funny thing is, they are one of my competitors...calling my office to try to sell me the same service I sell...

The law is designed to permit self enforcement, meaning it is somewhat easy for consumers who receive illegal telemarketing calls to sue in Small Claims Court.  The difficulty normally is getting a valid name and address for the caller.  In this case we have their website with contact information.  On the FTC website, you can find information on how to file a lawsuit against illegal callers and it does not need a lawyer although that makes it easier since they know the routine.

The FTC only acts when there is widespread, massive indications of persistent violations. However the wheel of government turn ever so slowly and it takes time.  Even on the FTC DNC website it states that complaints are maintained as a database for law enforcement to look at implying that the FTC does not routinely prosecute violators.  That is one of the most common misconceptions about the DNC List law.

Went to the company website and selected contact us.  Filled out the form with the request for them to confirm the legal address for cease and desist orders to be delivered from the court.

Received a call from the Marketing manager within the hour wanting to assure me the marketing division no longer wanted to contact any phone number I was associated with.  They requested 24 hours to make sure no future calls would be made.  The number which had contacted me was the same old number 904-483-3278 which has been calling me for months.  

Hope this works this time.

Trust me, it's for the best! Keep searching "Safe Touch complaints" or even "Safe Touch reviews". You will get the same results. They lied about the contracts, sold crappy equipment and their customer service is horrible!

Upon calling SafeTouch 904-483-3278 to request removal from their call list, they asked if we were a business, because "they only call businesses".  Advised SafeTouch that ours in a residential number.  They  continue calling.  SafeTouch is in violation of telemarketing regulatory practices.   They do not respect numbers on the Do Not Call Registry knowing that no enforcement takes place.

I HAVE HAD AT LEAST 14 MISSED CALLS FROM SAFETOUCH. I HAVE ALSO ANSWERED AT LEAST 5 OF THEIR CALLS AND EACH TIME I ANSWER THERE IS NO ONE AT THE OTHER END. THEY ASSUME YOU WILL CALL BACK AND HAVE MISSED A CALL. I CALLED BACK AND WAS TRANSFERRED TO "SOMEONE WHO COULD HELP" I ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR LIST AND THAT I WAS ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. SHE ACTUALLY SAID IF I EVER WANTER TO CHANGE SECURITY COMPANIES TO CALL SAFETOUCH. SHE ACTUALLY TRIED TO SELL ME AFTER I BLASTED HER FOR CALLING A MILLION TIMES.
ANOTHER TIME I GOT THE SAME BS ABOUT THIS BEING A BUSINESS AND WE WEREN'T SUBJECT TO THE RESIDENTIAL DO NOT CALL PRACTICES.

I SUGGEST WE ALL CALL THE MAIN OFFICE ONCE OR TWICE A DAY AND TRY TO SELL THEM ON  OUR SERVICES.

I have told 8 different safe touch callers to take me off of their call list with not results. I ask to speak to the owner lester jackson and was told that even the employees were not allowed to speak of old lester

We don't care that you're "trying to make a living."  You're ignoring people's right not to be hassled by worthless losers who can't hold a real job.

Though your message clearly negates your claim to being "a A+ company" (need I continue?), the "customers who are disgruntled" (who, in all actuality, are not customers, but those who your company is soliciting non-stop) are only upset by the fact that they continually ask to be removed from Safetouch's call list.  This simple request is obviously ignored by Safetouch as I have personally asked that my company be removed from the list at least ten times.  I still receive at least ten calls each month and these always come after normal operating hours; in fact, I received a call yesterday at 7:00 p.m. when I was trying to leave the office after working twelve hours.  Episodes like these leave professionals like myself, who are actually being productive at earning a living, disinclined to do business with your company... ever.

Harassing businesses and private parties is no way to gain business and Safetouch should be ashamed of these poor marketing attempts.

It's a shame that Safe Touch is using these idiotic marketing techniques that piss people off. We have a Safe Touch System for burglar alarm and fire in our home, and we love it, but we went to them based on their commercials. If they had solicited me via phone, I never, ever would have done business with them because I never buy anything pitched to me by a cold caller. They're obviously turning a lot of people off from getting a good system by using bad telemarketing practices.

PLEASE STOP CALLING.

The phone number: 904-483-3278 was from a lady that claims her name is Latisha Martin. We get a lot of calls from these people with Safe Touch. Our numbers are listed on the Federal Trade Commission's National Do Not Call Registry: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/donotcall/index.html. We still get calls like crazy. I can't stand these people.

they keep calling me too. i when i tell them no and to stop calling they say they'll call back later. Now its to the point of harrassment...

This number is calling my cell phone, and no caller ID is listed.

sometimes I wonder if the cell phone companies sell our numbers so our minutes get used and we have to buy more.....I get calls from this number on my cell frequently but no one answers or leaves a message.

I keep getting these calls from SAFETOUCH SECURITY. They hang up from my pre-recorded message saying no one is home to answer them.

We have received non-stop, twice daily, incessantly, telemarketing calls from this company for almost 3 months, or with a live rep on the line trying to sell us the Safe Touch Security System. The last time, I called the phone and acted as though we were interested in order to get the supervisor/rep's name, their address and other pertinent information so we could report them.

Representative Tammy said they buy the call lists, and we were listed as a business through our current phone number. We politely asked them to take us off their list, and we were closed for business for 3 years. She said yes she would.

Customer Rep who arranges appointments spoke to me. Tammy. Her direct extension and phone is:
904-483-3278 (Jacksonville Headquarters). I also asked if they had an office in Charleston. She said no, but they have reps who come to the house, and the closest office was in Savannah. Meanwhile I found a North Charleston address and phone number: 843. 406-8664. I have seen many complaints about their business, and business tactics, telemarketing etc.

I want to contact Consumer Affairs. What do you suggest?

I then told her that I could barely hear her and asked if she could hear me ok, she said yes............then I introduced her to my NEW FRIEND......a 115 decibel air horn purchased from a boating supply house just 5 days ago! I have never had so much fun and would recommend this to anyone wanting to get back at these people. I can only imagine what this thing sounds like one inch from the mouth piece of my phone! The one I bought is refillable and came with it's own small hand pump....total price for this was 32 dollars. You also have the option of filling it with any air compressor....I just LOVE to carry this baby home to recharge with my home compressor to around 100 psi.

Try it...it is very rewarding :)

How can we stop these calls from Safetouch?  As soon as I answer, they hang up.  I call back only to stay on hold with a robot for 10 minutes.  I'm super frustrated!

"She ... said she needed to feed her children and could not heed to the DO NOT CALL list because her children were hungry" is like I have a right to commit crimes to feed my kids. All parents have kids to feed but not all parents break laws to feed them. I guess Madoff also had kids to feed.
