Received a call from this number, stating he was a 'Private Investigator"--When I hung up, he called back.  Then stated it was not a sales call, and if I hung up again, he would send the Sheriff to my home.  The incident has been reported to the Police Department, who stated to "Just Hang Up"  Hope this is helpful to others !!!

Hey  incase you never noticed these plank callers  are also  using State of Florida  name   with the  phone numbers they calling from appears  they continue to harass and  call me on my payday.They  have  threaten to arrest me called my employer  seeking information pertaining my payday and employment status  even  asked  if i  was  at work  working.I have   contacted  a  pre paid  legal  attorney  who  will be  handling this  matter i hope  i  can  reverse  the actions they  are falsely accuse me of.I wish they  could  get  jail time  for  stealing  State of  Florida  name.

YES I RECEIVE A CALLED FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME ALL THE INFO I NEED TO KNOW AND THE COMPANY WAS TELL ME THE TRUTH I DID RECEIVE A MONEY FROM THE COMPANY THEY SAID I WENT OVER MY BANK STATEMENTS AND IT SHOWED THE ALL AMERICAN LENDING ON MY ACCOUNT RECORD SO THEY MAY BE A LITTLE HARSH BUT THEY ARE'NT FRAUD I ALWAYS CHECK INFORMATION BE SENDING MONEY TOO ANYONE CAUSE THERE ARE COMPANY OUT THERE THAT WOULD DO IT I WANT TO THANK THIS COMPANY FOR LETTING ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME

I'm so glad that i read this comments, thanks , i just got a call from this number NCP something that i was going to be incarcetated due some bad check, i ask information on the claim but the lady said that she was issuing an order and that she could not give me any information. i asked about the company that i suppose to owe but she said something about a  company named HUSKHAW GROUP. refused to give their phone number. i went online to find out information but the numbers that i pulled were disconnect. i mean i never had any problem with the law , why companies due this, she make it sound like i'm going to jail, no explanations just want me to pay 600 dollars by noon. what can i do for this kind of situation?

My family is recieving phone calls from 904-345-3094 saying that my brother is in big trouble with bad checks in Florida and this company is calling it's self Worthless Check Division and the callers name was Stacey Parnell.... My family lives in Missouri of course this is false....just wanted to let someone know..

Well they called AGAIN. They first contacted me September 30 stating I would be locked up for felony charges if I didn't pay by four p.m. THAT DAY.So IF they did file charges (which I know they didn't and CAN'T) why are they contacting me again with the same threat? lol Shouldn't the "courts" be handling now? Geez, they think we are stupid. Anyways, I have contacted  AG Bill McCollums office, the Texas AG office, the FTC, and the Florida OFR. I will be contacting my attorney because I have voicemails now. Lol Can you say LAWSUIT?

this company has some gall, earlier this year they were calling me with their typical threats, jail time, couirt date felonies, blah blah blah, when I told the guy that you cant charge criminally for a civil debt he got all upset, anyway I sent them off a cease and desist letter, as well as a debt validation/verfication letter requesting written verifcation of the debt. I sent the request via certified mail return recipt. They signed for it and I got the post card showing that. Funny how I never recived anything back, they must have forgot!! or more likely, the debt never existed!!! and now almost 6 months later I got a call on my cell luckily this time they did not leave a message. Idiots id love to see them try to take me to court, in fact I asked them to earlier this year, guess they dont like to follow through with their threats. Laughable its fun just to f*** with them because they cant touch you, they just hope they call someone who doesnt know that and they get a kick on scaring the crap out of them.

Yes. Someone needs to do something quick. Got a call saying from Wesley, saying if I didn't call back today then I would be waiving my rights to representation. And call him to schedule. Not sure WHAT I was supposed to schedule but I called them back and I was talking to Wesley. He told me that they were filing charges against me and I was trying to get him to state what he meant by that so I asked what kind of charges. . . civil? He said "No, more than that."So I went off on him saying that was illegal and he got all flustered and got his supervisor. She explained to me that i had commited a felony and they had the affidavit to press check fraud and internet fraud charges on me. Said the county wanted her to give me another chance since I have no prior record. BAHAHA. Yeah, like the county attorneys office follows that type of procedure. Needless to say I didn't pay. This was yesterday and no, as of yet has "come to get me"and caused me "undue embarrassment" as she stated. She was being very careful, not to state that I would "be arrested" but she made very clear implications. They call themselves "investigators" which is a JOKE.  It's all about karma baby, and they'll get theirs. :)

these people really need to do something .for the last two month been getting calls and it needs to end .now!

Same thing as you guys.... they called talking about having me locked up for a bill unpaid, calling it check fraud.... calling distant and random relatives and giving them all of this information. I just wanna know how to report it. And their famous line is you have an hour to do it.

A lady called me and stated that she was on her way to the courthouse and that I have until 12:15 to pay the any money that I owe & if not the local sheriff will be out to my job or home in the next 24 hours.

called 3x, also calling relatives telling them they have until today to get a message to me or else. They sound like collectors that trying to scare everyone. don't listen to them they maybe smith and dean google that business there are very dirty. I found alot of bad things about this company.

Called my mothers phone several times and left messages stating they were the sheriffs processing office and they were coming to pick her up for writing a bad check (didnt happen).. report this number as it is a scam!

2nd time in to day they have called going to sent sheriff and have me p/u for a bad check i have not wrote any checks my acc has been closed for over 1 year.

Another scam number - left message on my wife's cell this time (we have 2 differant names and area codes) calling themselves an "inspector".
