They are fake diploma scammers and FRAUD artists.  I don't know how the HELL the U.S. government can't shut garbage like this down.  These people SPAM me with over 100 emails a day.

This spammer is using a domain of mine on the "from" address of his spam. I get hundreds of bounced email notices a day with this spammer's info and some strange name @ my domain name.

He's not sending through my domain. Don't get me wrong. He's just putting my domain's name on the "from" contact in the emails.

So I see - here are four actual bounced I've gotten in the past 10 mins:

talip@mydomain.com
billie_greicius@mydomin.com
holyoake.sakaguchi@mydomin.com

(Obviously, I've removed my real domain name here and put in "mydomain")

I got an email with this number in it and was just curious on it. I had no intention of calling it.

What a Scam! Who would fall for this. Everybody who hires know that a fake Diploma is worse than no diploma. It would show that you are a cheat. It takes years of hard work, sweat, and dollars to get a legitimate Diploma. The diploma is just a piece of paper that shows what you have accomplished. People can tell if you know or not what you are talking about. You cannot fake your way up.

This spam has blacklisted any mail coming to my ip address.  Not just to the
referenced domain.  Where is VLAD when we need him?  It costs money to fix
this.

I urge you to contact http://www.americanvoicemail.com and complain. I can't say they really care but perhaps if enough of us call, they'll cut this guy's number off.

I received numerous spam E-mails advertising this number. A call to the number verified that it is a diploma mill and not an innocent third party whom the spammer is trying to harass. They should be reported to law enforcement for running a fraudulent degree program. The area code shows them to be based near Jacksonville FL.

Received the same emails as above.  FYI 904 346 xxxx is normally Jacksonville Florida.

I get 100+ pieces of spam a DAY from this spammer.  I desperately want to find out who this is and where they are located.  I am going to get some justice.

Did not get a call from this number, but did get many, many spam emails with this number.  It appears to be associated with a diploma mill (based on the spam messages), but I don't know any more than that.  No other contact information was given.
