This Indian accent sounding guy is calling me from this number originally asking for a Patricia. I told him not to call this number any more there is no Patricia here. Now he just calls at random saying he is going to "F*** Me" and he knows where I live.  He just called minutes ago and asked what my a** size was because he is going to f*** it. I am really creeped out by this guy. Sorry for the language but I feel it is important to know what kind of person this guy is.

They did the same exact thing to me as well and advise me to take action immediately or else.These people are really ridiculous and out of control.yes saying a payday loan that was never paid for.

Scammers---a male by the name of KEVIN also called me stating that he was an attorney for Federal Inquirerer out of FLORIDA..stating that i owe a payday loan from 2010....i knew they were a scam...because my mother and i work for a collection agency and these people broke every FDCPA violation.....PLEASE KNOW YOUR RIGHTS>>>>>IF THEY ASK YOU TO PAY THRU WESTERN UNION and REFUSE TO MAIL YOU PROOF OF DEBT OWED..OR GIVE YOU ANY ADDRESS INFO ....DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY.....THEY ARE SCAMMERS....

I got a Call from some one named Keith and Ethan stating that i had taken a pay day loan in the past and not paid the company back.  They mentioned themselves as attorneys and they going to sue me legally.
However they were so helpful to me, i repaid my loan back through a western union.
As they suggested i received my title clearance certificate to my email and my mailing address within 24 hours itself. as others do have even i was in a bit confused after sending the payment to them, So i confirmed about the payment i made through these people with my creditor and i was happy to know that i was paid in full.
But i suggest these people to follow FDCPA, that is Fair Debt Collection Practicing Act.

I received a call from a Indian/Middle Eastern man named Keith Foster, who similiarly told me that he was for the Federal Inquiry Dept, and was a Sr. Attorney with a Law Firm in Florida.  He stated that I was being sued and needed to hire an attorney, and that he couldnt offer me a settlement.  Then contridicted himself stating that he could offer me a settlement of nearly 1000.00, broken into 3 payments.  He said he couldnt take visa or mastercard, and that i had to go buy a GreenDot MoneyPak Voucher.  I went and purchased a Green Dot Visa Debit card...he said that he couldnt take that and i purchased the wrong thing.  I went back and attempted to purchase the correct card....but i had to purchase it with cash, and I not the card i had previously purchased.  THis is when common sense kicked in, and said NO!  I did some research, couldnt find the company they were talking about, couldnt get back ahold of the Indian "Keith Foster" and called teh company I originally had the loan with.  THey informed me this company was a scam!  BEWARE if you have a payday loan this could happen to you!

This person named Keith Simms and his contact number 904-352--8113 stated that he was from the Federal Inquiry Department. And proceeded to tell me that he had three charges against me: U. S. Section 1344; Section 8507 and Section 369. I kept assking him to repeat the information because I was writing it down. Then mysteriously we were disconnected.

Indian Scammers!!  Kevin called stating he was a Sr. Attorney with the Federal Inquiry Department with charges against my SSN for a payday loan from Advanced Payday and I had to listen to his Sr. Attorney (Ethan Foster).  He said my case # was ADOP3457 and that the phones were being taped and listened to by a bunch of attorneys and such.  Transfered me to Ethan and he started rambling about it.  I told him that I have never had a payday loan and he was a scammer and he started swearing and screaming at me and I hung up.  Beware !!!
