How do they know ur name & number

Get a call from this number daily and at times more than once a day.  It is very annoying especially when I am busy and have to be interrupted.  By the time I get to the phone they have hung up and  leaves no message.  I would like for these cals to STOP interrupting me.  Thanks

They call abt 5x's a day. They tell me I'm approved for a loan I didn't apply for. Sounded Indian, dot not feather.

When I answered some guy started the convo off with a loud 'HEY!' like he knew me then launched into a spiel about a charity game of some sort to help Fire Fighters buy life saving equipment but didn't know what kind of game or when and said he couldn't call me back after 5pm when I was off work (as requested to expose scam) and only needed my name & mailing address and attempted to not let me off of call.

Yes these are familiar.  There should be a stiff penalty for these folks.

I have been receiving calls from 904-365-4035 and 904-365-4047 and want them to stop.  Telemarketers for sure and they hang up before I can tell them not to call back.

They call every day around 11:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.  They hang up when we answer.  They have used a series of numbers:  904-365-4043,
                               904-365-4028,
                               904-365-4047,
                               904-365-4035!
The phone company could put a stop to this if they wanted it to end!  The callers are TRASH SCAMMERS! I am on the state and the national DO NOT CALL LIST!  DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE IF THE LAST FOUR NUMBER BEGIN WITH 40??

Number called me an hour ago.  ID said Jacksonville, Florida. They hung up after 3 rings.

Just received a call from them, about 10 minutes ago. Didn't answer, I've been getting harassed by an exboyfriend who seems to call from 5 or 6 unknown numbers so I just stopped answering but good to know this number is not him, but from what I can tell from these other comments, I'm probably gonna be getting more calls from this number :/ darn.

Was searching for 904-365-4043 to see who called, but left no msg. While doing so, I received a call from  904-365-4035, I answer, but they hung up immediately. I tried calling back, but no success.

I answered a call from them last night at 9 pm, or what looked like 9pm but I was quickly corrected by the agent that it was 8:57 and "federal law" permits them to call until 9pm. I polity asked to be removed from their calling system and was advised by him that since I didn't want to give money I was not interested in helping my community. He was very RUDE and aggressive. After 3 demands to remove my phone number he hung up on me. If these are the people calling for "charity" I fear they will never receive any donations

Calls from this number every day.  Don't answer "unavailable" or "out of area" phone calls unless I recognize the number and know who's calling.  They were calling about 8:00 am, but have changed to later.  What a pain!

Actually it's scammers trying to trick honest people out of money using the old fake police charity scam.

Just received a call from 904-365-4043 which appeared to be a crank call, but doing a reverse number search says it's a landline, but I have to pay to see who it is...........

This one shows up as "Unavailable" along with 904-365-4038 and 904-365-4043.  No message left but from the close numbers, must be the same call center.  Would be nice to know who this is, I'm not far from Jacksonville and would love to escort some of the Jacksonville Sherriff's Office folks to pay scammers a visit.
