This number has called me several times stating that they need to speak to me regarding something that was returned by my bank. Then he said that I or my attorney need to call a 1-800 # ASAP! Well, as you would probably guess, I contacted my bank and they have no knowledge of this. Scam! These people need to get a life.

continue to call me in spite of requests for them to stop. They told me it was the wrong person they were looking for and wanted personal info that I refused to give.The calls and messages I get cost me time on my cell phone acct

Have been recieving this call from this number for the last 2 months once a day stating that my attorney needs to contact them. Like the other guy I have looked this number up an get the same resuts. I dont have any payday loans out there, so I am reporting this to the fcc to.

I keep receivng threatening computer generating calls from 904-374-4354 asking me to call 800-957-1987 or I could lose my home.  When I returned the call and spoke to their Fraud Department, and mentioned that they have been reported as a scam, the lady became very angry with me and hung up.  Someone needs to stop these crooks.

I have listed my number on the do not call list but have been receiving numerous calls.  888 972 7937 has been calling leaving a message to return their call. daily at least twice.  Annoying and bothersome.

This company calls my house between 8 am - 8:30 am 4 - 5 times per week. If I answer, there is only a recording asking for someone to them call back. The recording doesn't specify the name of the person they are trying to reach. I called the toll free number given by the recording (800-957-1987) and reached the fraud investigation unit.  They were trying to reach a person whom I have never hear of. I was told that my number would be removed from their system but it hasn't been. They have continued to call me 4 - 5 times a week. I called today and explained to the person that they were calling the wrong number. I was told that it was an automated dialer and they couldn't remove my number, so I would continue to receive calls but I should "disregard the calls". I told the person who answered that their company was harrasing me and that if they continued to call, I would report the call to the State Attorney General's Office. The person got frustrated with and me and hung up. I called back and the person said, "I just spoke to you". I said, "Yes, you did and you just hung up on me." The person said, "What do you want me to do?" I said, "Stop calling me". The person said, "Your number is being removed from our system but it can take up to 2 weeks to remove your number". When I started to complain, I was hung up on again. It's ironic that the person became frustrated with me because I called them back to complain about being harrassed by their company EVERY MORNING but their advice to me is that I "disregard" their constant phone calls to my house. I will be reporting this company, "Fraud Investigation Unit", "Fraud and Worthless Checks" company to everyone that I can think of including our State's Attorney General's Office.

Keep getting calls from 1-904-374-4354...they can't get their story straight lol, collection or fraud, which is it people?! lol been there done this before with other loser wannabe comp.

I get calls three times a week

I get a call every day at least twice a day from this number and Caller ID says "State of Fl" when they call-- what the heck is it ?

I called back this number and they stated that they were with state FL criminal fraud division. No such division exists at a state level. When I called them back and told them they hung up on me. This is a scam.  They wouldn't give a physical address only out of ach account. Scammers scammers scammers don't buy into it.

Receiving calls all day, atleast every 2 hours..A recorded message, MANs voice, demanding either I return the call or that I have my Attorney call ASAP.. caller ID#904-374-4354,STATE OF FLA. is what it says in the caller ID, told to call 1-800-957-1987.. I called the NON emergency number for the police in my area, they did come out, and filed a report..the last msg, I received was left on my answering machine...Was more threatening this time! I recommend you do the same.

I've been getting calls about Todd Jorgenson for over a year now. It's completely annoying.

They call at least once a day leaving an urgent message for someone whose name is garbled.  Tried to call back with my number blocked but this number only accepts calls from unblocked calls.  No clue what this is, but I wish they would stop.

starts 8 in the morning and all day long, they don't give you any information about why they call!

Everyday they call leaving an automated message telling me to call them at a 1800 number to reach the office of HDP.  they wont stop

why are they spoofing a govt agency

This number is listed on the internet as belonging to a janitorial service, however, I think it's a cover for a bogus collection company or scam.  They call using this number and it shows up on my caller ID as this number but they want you to call back at 800-957-1987 which has been reported as a scam as a bogus collection company for payday loans.  I've never had a payday loan and am reporting this to the FCC.  Not that it will do any good.
