This guy is notorious for being the hench man for Baileys powerhouse gym. I was told I would be able to cancel my contract at anytime with a $50 end of contract fee. My father passed last October and had to move back to where I grew up to help with my mom and the property. Baileys then said I had to produce a bill in my name etc etc. when I first got there I stayed with family and had no bills with new address. After sending my fathers death certificate, obituary and bill from funeral home, they are still trying to collect on two years of gym memberships. This is a military town and this seems to be a regular set up with MG Credit and Baileys powerhouse. I have document ion where that took the $50 per membership fee for canceling it but they are still trying to collect. Both of them can go eff themselves.

I got a voicemail stating that it was for me or my ex (we haven't been together in over 10 years).  Dunno if this is something to do with identity theft or what but its a new one on me.

The address for this so-called company is a single family house light brown w/ dark brown shutters and brown awnings also light blue lincoln continental parked out front. This is the address MG Credit gave to the BBB Check it on google earth

I have also recieved a call and it is MG Credit.  The man was so rude and my 169.00 medical bill outstanding. I nicely told him that at this moment I dont have a job and just to go ahead and send me a letter. which he burred out WE already have. I said okay again I can not make a payment and OMG he was not listening to me and went on on how its hurting MY credit and he needs a payment today.  I started to get loud with him because 1 he wouldnt let me talk and 2 kept insisting I make a payment.  Then he tells me not to get loud with him!  I just screamed he had no right and stop worrying about my credit and just hung up cause I was really upset with the way he was.  Thinking anyone who talks to this man needs to report him and the company.  Talk about hassement

I too have received a call from a male who was very rude and belligerent.  He spoke so fast I almost didn't understand him.  He stated that he wanted to let me know that, "I helped him ruin my credit by not returning his calls."  I said, "I have not received any messages asking me to call."  His response, "Now that is not true".  I said, Excuse me?", as anyone would after being called a liar.  This is when he became rude and I disconnected the call.  I call the number that was on the caller ID to speak to a manager.  I get a woman named Amber on the phone who says she is the manager.  I calmly try to explain to here what had just happened and my situation.  She said, "If you don't have any money then why would you go see a doctor?"  I said, "Are you F'ing kidding me!?", as I was shocked to hear this.  I got angry and hung up again.  Calmed down and called back to ask for Amber's supervisor and she said," I don't have a supervisor."  I asked for the address there and also apologized for my language after her comment about why would I go see a doctor.  She said," Just write down the address." then hung up on me.  I didn't even know it was MG Credit until I called them back.  The gentleman that originally called never even read me the debt collectors Miranda before he went on to his helping him ruin my credit speech.

This peson (male) calling stated he is collecting a debt, and I ask what debt he proceeds to explain, then I asked him to send something out in writing, he refused.  Persisted in wanting to pay without literature of the debt.  


Told him to f*** off!

The person calling is very rude(male) keeps getting very belligerent and won't even give his name or the place he is calling from.  Claims I owe a bill but won't say for what company or anything just wants the payment.

MG Credit, collection Agency. In my case they are calling the wrong number.

will not leave any info on voicemail other than a callback number. Believe it to be a debt collecting call.
