Now calls from this guy ("Michael" if you believe the outgoing name on his answering machine -- but he is clearly Indian, so the name sounds fake) are for prescription medication.  Why would anyone be dumb enough to trust someone who violates the Do Not Call list with their medication orders?

I received a call from a David Hudson with Wells Fargo Fraud department from telephone number 904-402-9036.  I cut him off and immediately told him not to call my home or job with this scam bs and I prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.  He immediately hung up the line. Don't fall for this scam these people are hacking into someone's database and they really don't have all your information so they're asking you for your information to drain your account or even call your relatives making these threats.  It is illegal for a debt collector to make threats against you or even threaten to sue, or even put you into jail.  Those are dead give aways on scam artist.

The best thing someone can do is,find a very attractive young ladies picture,make up ficticious post on websites with this number and just sit back and relax. Lmao. There will be so many calls to that number asking to speak to whoever you decide to name her they won't be able to keep up.

Total scumbag scammer from India- I told him I'd western union him 6 rupees. He got irrate when I told him I am going to eat a steak.

Meant to say  he said he was a police officer when he called my job and take one of my managers at work just last week.

Received from from Jack Wilson as well called my home twice last week even my job.But I almost felled your his scam but did not wanted me to send id on my cell phone twice even me himself sound like a police Officer when he call my job. Report him to my local country sheriff dept and have i heard from him since this past monday when he left a message on my cell phone. They need to be stopped really soon.

This person has called multiple times and has stated he is an officer with the Jacksonville Internet Claims Division and my company had been implicated. When I refused to let him speak with the employee, he said he would continue calling until he was able to connect. He then called at least 25 times within a 5 to 7 minute span and hung up each time. Had my local authorities contact him as well as Jacksonville PD.

This jerk moron called me four times in as many minutes with a New Delhi accent as well.  He said,"this an emergency". I replied, "This was not 911".  Jerk boy said,"This legal emergency".  Never heard of that one before.  These people, whomever they are really dumb.  Then this dummy said," They had a warrant for my arrest".  I then asked him if this was an, "Emergency warrant and from which jurisdiction, maybe "New Delhi County".  This brain surgeon then called me a F#@KING JERK ad hung up.  What ever rock or turban these people crawled out from underneath is anyones wild a** guess.

My Mother was victimized by one of these scammers once, that?s when I decided to put my excess time and talent to reducing the proliferation of these scams and their perpetrators.

If you received a call from these guys then rest assured they already have your information.
The aren't  trying to steal your identity they already have it.

How did they get your name and number ?

You filled out an online form for either a pay-day loan , a mortgage, or a car loan.
These scammers operate like a normal business. They may have even paid a legitimate company to provide the leads (your information).

If the information grabbing site was set up by one of these scammers then they will get first crack at the chance to steal your money, so usually if you don't stop them in their tracks the first time, they will continue to sell your information to other scammers.

How to get your name off their list ?

Let them know you know who they are, and keep in mind that we realize that the scammers themselves frequent these boards, so I only provide generalized information, but it should be enough to get your name off their list.

The Master Mind whom shall remain unnamed is based out of New Jersey, and he has a very impressive front company that has offices both here in the US and in  Noida UP, India. Also he had a really really really nice Mercedes convertible.

The aliases they may use :

None of these names are their real names of course and all of the people calling you are located in India.

The name of the guy that runs that office and the Senior guy that eventually you get transferred to is Mobeen Khan.

According to his phone records he makes a lot of calls to Bareilly, so he either lives there or he goes to school there , or both.

Please fight the urge to Google him there are thousands of Mobeen Khans in this world, and it wasn?t easy finding the right one in a country of a billion people.

He actually comes from a descent middle-class family, except for one of his brothers. Lets not drag them into this just yet.

If you received a call from them , call them and ask for them by their real names, so they feel the same anxiety you felt when they called you. Feel free to threaten to call them back daily if they don?t remove your name from their database.

Remember these guys are in India neither US laws nor Indian laws apply to you. So if you were to call them every 5 minutes for their entire shift or if you were to threaten them in any way , you will not get prosecuted.

BTW their shift runs between 9am ~ 8pm EST

I have been getting calls from this Jack Wilson and he calls all day long.  Sometimes he leaves
a message and some times he don't.  He also told me that he was an officer and to call him back because it was important.

I got down to who supplies the telephone service to this number.  It's MAGIC JACK!  Google magic jack and get on their website.  Contact a "live service rep" and tell them what's happening.  They need to know how their equipment is being used.  Perhaps they can do something.  Right now, they are looking at the situation and hopefully can remedy this situation ---- for now.

So - 904-402-9658 is serviced by WYMAX Communications the makers of Magic Jack.  Maybe someone can track down their executive officers and let them know what's going on.  In the meantime -- good luck!  This guy has been calling me for over a week at work and even spoke with my supervisor when I wasn't here.  Luckily I'm retiring in two days so I won't have to deal with him anymore BUT I feel sorry for my co-workers.  I've already had to change my cell phone # and bank account.

SCAM city.  He calls from various numbers.  Sometimes restricted and leaves a message with a 530 area code number.  Its actually pretty hilarious.  He says he is calling from a law office, never mentioned which one, then he says he collecting a payday loan debt to me. Hahaha I am in the military, I can't take out payday loans its against the law.  Then he claims there have been charges pressed against me.  No one can press chargers against you for default on a loan.  They can take you to court, you aren't going to be arrested.  This is a joke.  Never send anyone money western union its the hardest way to track anything and the hardest to get your money back.  If they tell you to send it to a certain individual its defintely a scam I mean if it was legit you be sending money to a company and it be through your bank account not western union to pakistan.

The caller claims he is an officer with a law enforcement agency and he claims you are calling people begging for money and requests you to send $250.00 via Western Union and the police will not show up to arrest you.  No pay, the offcier will come and arrest you  SCAM...SCAM.. SCAM!

Called for my son pretended to be A police officer from Jacksonville Fla.
Said his name is Jack Wilson with heavy Indian accent, made me think - asked for his padge number and he folded like a cheap tent. Started calling me mother ***ker over and over. I need to find him and beat the snot out of him. He hangs up and calls back when he thinks he has something cute to say like you idiot over and over. I have spoke with my attorney about this matter that they have my social number  and my other all confidential info and than with my attorney help i just resolve this matter which was on my name and as well on my social. Not sure where my information came from but it's getting to be annoying they are calling my family members making them think I'm involved in something illegal. I've only borrowed money from week to week. I call the companys where I borrowed money and they tell me no I'm in good standing so I don't know where they got my information from but my home phone and job phone they call all day and everyday.. I need this to stop. They have even got my baning information and caused my account to be overdrawn... I'm pressing charges today... This must stop...

I got the same message. Is there anything that can be done? I called back to tell them I was aware this was a scam and he told me to shut up and that he would call my cell phone repeatedly a million times a day and there was nothing I could do about it.

I got this call today . He identified himself as a Police Officer with Jacksonville, Fl. City , County , and State . Although he did not say Jacksonville P.D. . he gave a badge number of # 91123 . He said it was a legal issues regarding a debt. He is a Scam Artist . I reported him and the phone number to the Texas Attorney Generals Office .

I received a call from this fool Jack Wilson. He also called my mom whos in a nursing home. I called him back and told him if he keeps calling my mom I was coming to Florida to kick his a**.
