Just got a call from this number. Person was looking for someone else, but said they wanted to talk to me because my number was important and something about winning a prize. She said her name was Barbara James with Top Publication Services. I asked if they had a website or call back number and she said they have neither. No phone number to call back sounds like a scam. She was very short with me after that to get off the phone and then hung up on me. Calling 904-405-7058 gives error message.

They called my cell phone at nearly the exact same time as your post some 28 minutes ago. I didn't answer. The same number tried calling me earlier today. No doubt some kind of scam.

they called me twice today the first time i didn't answer but called back and received some sort of error. answered the second time and the call was disconnected immediately.

Some one called my boyfriend and they hung up on him and kept calling and hanging up all I have to say is not to answer and leave it be cause it could be a death wish on your own head

this is a fraudulent number.. scammers have been getting phone numbers from people using craigslist recently. there is a group of florida phone numbers making these calls.
