Got call today.  They want you to get your required nursing CEUs through them.

I've received my second call from these folks and I'm not even a Nurse, and what really bugs me is there is no way to have my number removed from their calling list.  
I've notice that some think this is a legitimate company, if in fact it is a legitimate company, then why is their no way to contact them by phone and why am I (not a nurse) receiving calls?

Sadly, this is not true. The company is not an approved provider for Florida Nursing Continuing Education nor Florida CNA In-service. If you rely on CE from this provider to fulfill license renewal requirements, and your CE's are audited, you will be disciplined by the BoN for failing to fulfill CE requirements. It is rare that someone is audited (about 7%). It would be rarer still that the person audited used this provider. So, a provider can get away with a scam for many years before being discovered.

Scam robo-caller trying to sound official with "This is an important call about your Florida CNA license...the renewal period begins October 1..." The message explains the CEU (in-service) requirements and states you must complete some number of CEU's prior to renewal. Then tells you to visit ceucall.com which forwards to CNAONLINECOURSES.INFO. It's a pretty well targeted marketing effort because they have gotten your address and phone number and expiration date from the State of Florida which is public information from your license. I expect a lot of people fall for this and it is profitable. Check that their provider number is valid Relationship Marketing, LLC #50-14365

i just got this call. got burned by something like this before. website that would do a class online, just pay on their website. went through the credit card info, but nothing changed. just in case, cancelled card and  got another debit #. i dont trust this stuff anymore.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! IT IS FROM YMAX COMM CORP WHICH HAS NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS!!! THEY ARE TARGETING NOT ONLY NURSES BUT OTHER LICENSE RENEWALS AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bad enough getting junk mail and junk email now I have to be interrupted 2-3 times a week with junk phone calls.

You guessed it !  The Florida Dept. of Health IS giving out all this info ...thanks...but no thanks .

I just got my second phone call from them re: my nsg. license.  I already renewed and got my updated last week.  I wonder where this telemarketing CEU group is getting my nsg. license info like the expiration date, my address and phone number?  I'm calling the FL Dept. of Health to find out if they're selling our personal and private licensing info to telemarketers/solicitors

They are not a scam-they're just annoying. They are a NursingCEU site that is listed as a legitimate vendor on the Florida Dept. of Health vendor page.

I did research on this company and their practice. They acquire marketing list and do robo calls to nurses and asking them to register for CE courses. They company is run by Sidney Duncan, a massage guy (Don't know who approved him to offer Nursing courses). The calls are being answered in Dominican Republic. This is SCAM and Cheating.

From what I have researched it is through an LLC named Relationship Marketing, LLC in Jacksonville, FL that is run by a guy named Sidney Duncan. The address is registered to what appears to be a PO Box at an UPS Store. We have received these calls for my wife's license and sick of the harassment!

Same experience as others - voice message sending me to website to do nursing CEUs.  Want to stop this but can't call back to the number and haven't been able to figure out which company is making these annoying, unrequested calls.

This is SPAM from a company who sells continuing education for nurses.  I have fulfilled all of my requirements with the state board and have been issued a renewed license to practice.  This compamy has been sending test messages and emails as well as leaving phone messages saying that my license is going to expire and that I have not met my continuing education requirements.  I have responded to the texts requesting to be removed from their calling list to no avail.

Got a call from thisnumber today. They left a message about my nursing license expiring April 31st. Uh, last time I looked at a calendar, April only had 30days...any way, it's for CEU's required for license renewal. Hope that helps.
