Please do not fall for these peoples line of crap!!!!  I got the same call, the same spill, that I took out a payday loan that I did not pay back and I need to pay $425 right now or get arrested at work and loose my job and that my parents (I'm 40 years old) were going to get arrested too.  I also had made the fatal mistake of applying online for a cash advance loan about 2 weeks ago but never pursued it, thankfully!!!  I total agree that this is where they are getting their information.  The are VERY FRAUDULENT!!!!!  Do not, I repeat DO NOT listen to their crap and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR MONEY!!!!

Received a call today from this number on my work phone, stating they were an officer and needed to clear-up a legal matter. I asked who he was affiliated with and the name of the company, he refused to provide the information. I told him I could not help and disconnected the call. He then proceeded to call my phone another 3 times. I informed that if he did not stop calling I would consider it a form of harassment, and I disconnected the call. He then proceeded to call another 6 times, which I answered and once again he was harassing me and that he needed to stop calling my work number. He stated that he was going to continue to harass me, I then disconnected the call.

I received a message from my employer stating that a man named Jeffery called and was looking for me. I returned the call and of course it was an India male on the line stating that I have a judgement out on me for fraud and bank theft and a loan... I asked that man with whom, he stated with United Financial.. I told him that was wrong I don't owe any loan company or bank. He started yelling at me and being disrespectful. I had informed him of my recording the call and advised his I was reporting him to the FBI and my local police department. He hung up the line.... They need to be stopped....scammer's!

This son a bit** called my office number and started telling me that I am in serious trouble. He said I took a loan from "payday" and I owe them $678. I thought it was a case of stolen identity, but found out that my coleagues also got similar calls so I ignored the mo****f**ker.

Individual calls my place of work 21 times in a row.  I answered the 1st time and an individual with an accent whom I could not understand for the accent and for all the noise in the background.  He informed me that he was call for Cash Advance, Inc. for a cash loan with interest of $475.00 and I needed to pay with either a credit, debit or some type of green dot card.  I informed him I had neither--then I was asking for more specific information and he "caught" an attitude with me informing me he was informing me of the debt and for me not be rude.  I stated to this individual I will be contacting an attorney to handle it.

I think thats what happen to, because i did the same thing.

Yes this MuthFuka call my cell threating me and i told him to give me a website so my lawyer can research this and he told me his name was mark. when i told him about a lawyer he said he was gonna freeze my account and tell the lawyer that i owe 10,000......lls

It's a scam with a new twist , they called a couple of years ago & told my wife that I was going to be arrested for assault & I needed to call them to settle the legal matter. I called my local sheriffs office & asked a deputy ( George) who was also a friend of the family if there was somethig going on. He told me no & after a few others called put a notice in the paper to warn people of the scam. The experience was a lot like Dell tech support, ha ha . Thanks to posts like this we can warn others. thanks

AFTER ALL THE USUAL NOTIFICATIONS THAT HE IS A FEDERAL OFFICER AND TELLLING ME ALL MY PERSONAL INFO, HE CAN'T SUPPLY ANY INFO ON THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR, BUT I CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE TODAY FOR $758.00! IF NOT I WILL BE SUED, MY ACCOUNT FROZEN BLAH BLAH BLAH. HE HANGS UP ON ME AFTER I TELL HIM I NEED ALL ALLEGED INFO IN WRITING AND SENT TO ME CERTIFIED MAIL.
I CALL HIM BACK AND HE TELLS ME I THINK I AM AN ATTORNEY, AND I SHOULDN'T GET SMART WITH HIM AS THE "AGENTS" WILL ARREST ME @ WORK!

i just blew up on a "mike henny" i asked for their address and he proceeded to give me a PO box!!! I said um..NO i need a PHYSICAL address, he asked why and I told him because my attorney is requesting it (i made this up). Then of course low and behold..he hung up...SOOOO i called back and once again and asked for the same information and he stated "I am not your servant, good luck to you" so i called back a third time and told the guy that answered that they better not call my phone anymore and he stated that he would just have the authorities come pick me up. So i of course said the ones in india where you are calling me from are the ones here? Guess what..he didnt even have my current address...SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! dont let these ppl scare you

this is a scam? i just got the same number calling me 15 minutes ago saying my friend is using my information and he cant tell me anything til we're in court and stuff?

a indian man claiming to be a some kind of officer called my cell phone looking for my boyfriend who's name he didnt pronounce correctly,saying that my bf was in some kind of financial trouble with the legal affidavit processing department and calling out the last 4 digits of my bf's ss#,this message was left as a voice message,the man also spoke to say if my bf didnt return the call then all he could do was wish him good luck and the situation will unflold on him and he or my bf's attorney needs to contact him asap.it was very strange that the man called my phone but speaking to the vm like he was actually talking to my bf and i know this is a scammer because my bf was looking online @ one time to do a loan and he had no phone @ the time so he used my number,why else would someone call my cell for him.He was calling from Jacksonville Florida and about 20 or 30 min later after i received the vm and called the number back,the same man that left the vm answered the phone.They are some pretty dumb people if you ask me.

Wow. It seems he has been making his rounds in the last month or so based on the time stamp of these comments. I just got a call from him a few minutes ago. I was away from my phone and come back to find out I missed a call with a voice mail message. I checked the message and it said [paraphrasing], "we are suing this person for illegal activity blah blah blah and you need to call us immediately or have money for court." Of course I wanted to rectify the situation IMMEDIATELY so I called him back right after I listened to the message. It seems they got all my information from when I applied for an advanced cash loan 2 months ago. Dumbest mistake I've ever made. He said I didn't pay any of the money back. I said, your company didn't give me any money and if you did then send me copies of the deposit made. Of course, he got irate and made more idle threats about seeing me in court and that I better get a lawyer. Then he hung up. All I could think was wow, Scammy McScammington. But, I played myself for signing up in the first place. I just googled this phone number to backtrack where this could be coming from and this website was the first to pop up. I feel a lot better that this website is available to expose him.

They just called me and said they got all of my info and i owe them $1,028.00. I said where did you get the information, and they will not tell me where. They just said if i don't pay it i will be in jail and they will make my life hard.His name is Ricky Watson, and he is a lawyer. He said that he has all the power of the court.

Same thing here, keeps calling stating I will go to jail but will not produce any backup documents.  When you question him, he either hangs up or curses at you.

this guy calls on my cell % and states he is "Ricky Martin" that I was going to court regading a loan I took out several months age. I contacted my attorney who put my mind at ease. I also contacted FBI who gave me step by step instructions. I then contacted the company I borrowed the funds from. They told me to contact Homeland security Department too.  THIS IS A SCAM we need to fight back

When I tried to talk to them, I had a very hard time understanding what he was saying. Then he started yelling at me that I was harassing him! SO I said good bye and hung up. Its nice to know that I'm not the only one this has happened to, but it is very scary to have happen to you. They are outright rude and mean.

This is totally ridiculous.  An Officer Ritchie Watson called me and told me I was in serious trouble for drug charges and that I needed to contact him right away and if I didn't all he could say was good luck.  First of all, If I were in trouble for drug problems wouldn't the police just show up at my door....and if they did call me would they wish me good luck?  This is almost hilarious it's so ridiculous.  I just feel bad for the people who do fall into this trap.

thank you for this site, they contacted me via 9044101266, while on speaker phone with him i couldn't understand anything they were saying, they said i owed 785 dollars, and that i was going to go to jail if i didnt pay right now. I told him if he wants to further contact me he needs to call my lawyer, and he said your lawyer cant do anything for you and hung up on me. i want to beat the living s**t out of the f***ers.

I am getting harassing and threatening phone calls as well.  They have all of my information which is very scary.  I had a couple of loans out, but they have all been repaid. They will not send any paperwork to back up their claims.  How do I stop the calls?

the same thing is happening to me from this number.  guy calls up pretending to be a police officer and has the last of my 7860 social security number.  This is a scam!!! please report.  Stated his name was rick watson

These people keep calling and calling with different numbers and names and are all coming from the same place..They have an indian accent..names are Ricky Watson, Sam Williams etc etc.  How can these people be stopped?  i cna't remember all of the names and numbers, but I tell you one thing, getting iritated by these people and they need to be shut down NOW!!  Lets all work together and get these people closed down!!!!!!!

This  guy calls me about 30 times in 11/2 hr. time said he was looking for a friend of mine that has done an illegal act and that we were both going to jail. I told him to bring it on. cause I was going to whip his foriegn a**. glad to find this site
