Advance fee loans are illegal and in some states, payday loans are also! If you paid, you will never see your money back.  What you need to do is file complaints.

I ve been getting calls from them too and I put 170 on a greendot card and trying to get 5000 loan and now can't.  Get my money back if u can let me know where they are that would be great

Just for information should anyone stumble on this thread. These are advance fee scams. There is no loan, there is no loan company. You will be told you are 'approved' for a loan, but must send money in advance. It can be for any reason, & they usually have some excuse ready. The giveaway in this scam is the method of payment- Wire transfer. That can be Western Union, MoneyGram, MoneyPak, GreenDot, etc. They're CASH. That's why the scammers use them. A wire transfer is NEVER to be used to send money to someone you do not personally know. Family & friends. The real ones, not the internet ones.

I received a call from a man with an Indian accent named "Shawn".  He said I had been approved for a $5,000.00 cash loan that I had applied for.  I told him I wasn't interested and hung up.  He called me back and asked me why I hung up on him.  I asked him what he wanted and he again told me I had been approved for the $5,000.00 loan I had applied for .  I told him I didn't apply for anything, I wasn't interested, and not to call me again.

I too received a call from this number - 4 times in a row - a foreign sounding man saying I was pre approved for a pay day loan

I APPLIED FOR A EXSTENSION LOAN AND I GOT A LOANDOCUMENT IN MY EMAIL AND IT STATED.........LOAN CONFORMATION   LOAN APPROVAL #990403 FOR 5,000 FOR 24 MONTHS PAYING 245.00 MONTHLY AT A 18% INTEREST FEE .I RECIEVED THIS ON 2/20/2014 AND TODAY 2/24/2014 I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A INDIAN BY THE NAME OF SHAWN CALLING FROM 904-410-8949  EXT 101 HE STATED THAT I COULD ONLY GET 3,500 I INFORMED HIM THAT I DIDNT HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT AND THAT MY  CHECK WAS DIRECT DEPOSITED INTO A DEBT /CREDIT CARD EACH MONTH AND I ASKED IF THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO PUT THE 3,500 ON THAT DEBT CARD AND HE SAID YES. HE ASKED ME IF HE COULD CALL ME BACK IN 5 MIN AND I SAID YES. WHEN HE CALLED ME BACK HE SAID THAT HIS SUPERVISOR AND MANAGER BOTH ADVISED HIM TO MAKE ME AWARE THAT IT WOULD BE DANGEROUS TO PUT THE MONEY ON THAT DEBT CARD BECAUSE IT WOULD LEAVE IT UNLOCKED OR SOMETHING ALONG THOSE LINES HOWEVER HE WENT ON TO TELL ME ABOUT A CARD THAT I COULD BUY AT C.V.S PHARMACY THAT WOULD ONLY COST ME $3.95  AND THAT I NEEDED TO PUT 220.00 DOLLARS ON UIT BEFOR THEY COULD PUT THE 3,500 ON IT AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE WOULD ALWAYS BE THAT AMOUNT STAY ON THAT CARD TO KEEP IT OPENED.WELL IT SOUNDED TO EASY AND GOOD TO BE TRUE SO I CALL ONE OF THE STORES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY OPPERATE DIFFERENTLY IN THE STORE AND ONLINE BUT AFTER I SHAREDS ALL THIS SHE SAY THAT IT DIDNT SOUND RIGHT AND THEN I GOOGLED IT AND BAMM THERE WERE ALL THESE RIP OFF AND COMPLAINTS THAT SAVED MY A**....... I JUST FEEL BAD FOR THE PEPS THAT ACTED ON THESE BOGAS RIP OFFS.  SO BEWARE  GO TO RIP OFF . COM AND PUT INFO AND IF ANYTHING IT WILL SHOW YOU.

Receive'd nearly 50 calls over the past week..sounds E. Indian or Pakistani-says I was approved for a $10K loan by Advanced America! payday loan?
