Right now at this moment this person is calling me back to back and I'm getting sick of it. Even after I told the dummy that I know that he's a telemarketer he still insisted that I owe money. They need to leave people alone.

I recived a called from an indian guy named mike anderson saying tht my ss is under investagtion and that I owe money and I going to get arrested if I do not pay the money I owed him from a pay day company. He threaten me and told me he is going to get me arrested

I am livid. I just spoke to someone from this number. Everything that everyone else is saying on this website is exactly what happened to me. Threats of jail time, threats that their 'officer' would pick me up for fraud, saying that I have a federal investigation against me. I said some VERY mean things to this guy AFTER he started saying that I have a sweet voice and that he is imagining how I look. He went on and on about this for a long time. What a CREEP!!! I told him that I know my rights as a consumer but he didn't care. He told me he would call 1000 times a day but I told him he should just try and see what happens. Haven't got a phone call since. He called exactly 4 times in a row before I picked up. I am so pissed!

This is crazy. I have been recieving phone calls for these very same people. The first time they called me they said y name and ssn has a LAWSUIT against me. When  I asked what Company they said  CASH NET USA. I asked what did I owe, they replied 742.00 and that if I dint pay this that They would take me to COURT! I told them go ahea I'll see you there. They continued to stress that Ishould just go ahead and pay it so I wouldnt go to court. I replied who the hell says to a customer I need to pay it so you dont have to go to court." They had a Indian accent, and WAS NOT willing to proceed AFTER I STATED I WILL HAVE MY LAWYER CONTACT YOU, The names used are KEVIN BROWN, KEVIN O CONNER,STEVE JOHNSON, MICHAEL ANDERSON.  They also claimed they are from a legal office within the UNITED STATES MILLITARY. DO NOT HESISTATE TO CALL YOUR LOCAL FBI AND SSN ADMINSTRATION!!!!!!!! I have Notified the SSN adminstration as well the FBI. So if these posting are fraud,  You  will face charges!  THEY DID NOT GIVE A COMPANY NAME BUT THEY CALL FROM 910, 870, 707, 720, 620. They will always have background noises. IM NOT FALLING VICTIM. So if anyone on here is really a Victim I say lets pull together and get these Sons of B@$*!

OK these fools are crazy..... Once again they are on the Im gonna put you behind bars trip.  This number is a Majic Jack number.... report them to Majic Jack.  Then if you have the time like me, call them back continuously and threaten them with jail time.  They even call themselves trying to cuss you out by calling me a beach... wth a beach and you want me to believe you have the authority to arrest me HA HA HA!!!

To darn funny:: They called told me my friend used me as a reference on a 5,000 loan and since it had not been paid back they were coming to arrest me.  When I asked the physical address of where the loan was gotten from he gave me my "friends" address then gave me some supposed Supreme Court address where he said I would be extradited to after being arrested.  Sooooooo since my "friend" is really my daughter and these folks did some how drain her bank account, I wanted to have a little fun.... Ive been calling them harrassing them and threatening them.  Amazing they do not like it so well.  May have to put their number on some porn sites and report free porn when you call this number.  As much as I find scammers entertaining I find it just as sick knowing some folks have actually fell for the issue

Ive just recieved 14 calls from the number 904-410-8531 all within 3 mins, the day before he left a message at my work placed sayin he is an officer and told my boss I was in big trouble. What kind of place is that?

My called ID said Florida.  forgot to mention that there was a lot of unusual background noise while speaking to him

I also recieve a messaged from a man with an Indian accent, named Sam, saying he was from "legal department" and that I had taken out an internet loan that I hadn't repayed.  When I argued and got defensive with him, he hung up.

Got a call from same guy Kevin claimed he was a lawyer but I knew he wasn't so I called him out on it. At this point he got outraged and still insisted he was a lawyer and threatened me with me and my wife being arrested by local authorities for not paying on a payday loan. He then repeated information like my address, social security number, email address. Luckily he gave me bogus bank information. I then threatened him and told him I don't take being threatened likely and I continued to talk down to him and then I hung up. She hasn't called me back. I will file a complaint against this scammer.

I just got three calls from them in a matter of 5 minutes each time leaving a voicemail.I finally called back the phone number 904-410-8531 and got a message saying their mailbox was full and to call back later.

First of all, what indian guy is named David Allen or Kevin Brown. Secondly, I was instructed not to interrupt his non english speaken behind while he threatens to have me arrested for owing money without any type of proof. When I told him I will investigate it, I hung up. He called back, more enraged and asked for my supervisor. He called my office 5 times in a 20 minute period, harassing me for money to settle an account he won't give infor for. Really?

This is a version of the you-have-committed-a-crime extortion scam and you are being...
1. summoned/investigated/charged/whatever with fraud/embezzlement/passing_bad_checks/whatever or
2. served with a court summons or arrest warrant or bench warrant or whatever or
3. located in preparation to being served or for a lawsuit or to be arrested or
4. sued for cable TV usage that you've been stealing for years or
5. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

And you have to...
1. call back with your case number or
2. confirm your address or SSN or whatever so you can be served or your papers can be processed or
3. pay $895 now to avoid paying $5,000 in court or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

Beware extortion scams come in many flavors and they constantly evolve to stay one step ahead of the law.

I received similar calls from this number from a David Allen and he claims I owe money for an internet pay day loan company but can not give me any information until I pay the bill.

I GOT A CALL FROM #6078467371 THREATENING WHO GV ME THIS PH#9044108531 AS THE PAYDAY LN CO, AND THS(INDIA) DIDN'T ANSR AS A CO, REFUSED TO ID CO NAME, THREATED ME AFTER I INSISTED I NEVER GOT ANY LOAN AND NOTHING ON MY BANK STMTS, SD I "CLD TELL THAT TO A JURY", ADVD I WOULD BE TELLING IT TO AN ATTRY...I CLOSED ALL MY BK ACCTS, THEY HAD TOO MUCH INFO...AND MY BANK GOT ALL THE PH#'S THEY WANT TO INVESTIGATE...I HOPE THEY GET THEM.

I recieve a phone call from the number frequently at my place of business. The man who called said his name was David Allen. He was calling from the "Legal Department" regarding my social security number. He had a very strong indian accent. I called the number back and Kevin Brown answered. I asked what the name of the business that he represented was and he would not give me any information unless i gave him my name. In the background you could hear (very loud and clear) men with strong indian accents talking about money and legal matters. Something is not right!

So I had a total of 8 calls this morning within minutes of each other calling from 1-904-410-8531, I repeatedly told them they had the wrong number, and do not call back. As they were asking for a member that is not in my household. When they kept calling, I finally told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor, the guy "Kevin Brown" said he was the supervisor and I could hear him laughing and threatening me over the phone, finally I got in touch with a supervisor and told him the situation I told him if I get another call I will Goto the Police Department and file against them for harrassment, as well as contact the FTC and FCC and will get ahold of an attorney and sue them, soon as I mentioned all that they said "Im sorry for the mistake, we will remove the nuymber from our lost and we will not contact you again" shows what happened when you threaten with legal action.

A kevin brown called from this number, claiming i took out a loan from a cashnet.com, and when i responded that I havent taken out any loans and that i a m a federal officer,..he apologized for the call and said have a nice day. I will look into this scamming organization and my office will try and put a stop to it!!!

same thing here, getting real tired of these calls. they go a few days no calls and then they start calling again, each time a different name.

Hire one of the law firms that advertise on here that sue debt collectors. You'll win an easy $1000 and the debt collectors will have to pay your lawyer, too.

I have the same issue. Had them calling me. Wasnt even able to give me any true facts. Those scaming thugs. Reported them to the feds, BBB, and IC3. My fiancee yelled the crap out of one of them. Same caller with same voice three different times already different name each time. Common sense, You cannot get arrested only go to court and wage garnishment to pay it off. You cant be sued for using your own information... HELLO Foreign Scammers. Dont fall for it. If anyone knows how to make them stop  calling let me know.

yes, same thing happened to me today, man with a heavy middle eastern accent that they would take legal action and notify my employer. they mentioned cashnet usa...heard alot of noise in the background though.  he said his name was Steven Johnson.

He called at least five times today from that number and then i got several other phone numbers that called saying that they were officers and needed to talk about a legal issue.
