I receive the same exact email on April 20th 2014 with the same exact amounts and now they're calling my house and stating that I owe them a 411 from my previous and place of employMent I called my previous employer and they stated they are not suing anyone and that it's a false statement to ignore it

same thing email I received from ACS, same statement of the letter.

since it is the same exact email, with the amounts for everyone being the same, it is definitely a scam trying to get people to give them money.  Dont do it.  Anytime you get an email talking about legal issues, it is not real.  If it were, you would be served in person with legal papers.  Also, the way they word the email shows me that these people are from another country.  Ignore them.  When they see you wont pay they will go on to someone else, unless our government somehow gets smarter about tracing these emails.

I just received the same email as everyone else, stating the exact same thing. Below you will see a copy of the email I received, showing the same amounts as everyone else. Who are these people, they need to be stopped

Who the heck are these people I have never even heard of them nor do I owe anyone this crazy amount of money!

I recevied an e-mail from this company called ACS Department stating that I owe them 4,203.86 and they want me to pay today 945.65 or else.  For one I don't owe any one this kind of money and two this is some type of fraud or scam.

I have received an email also for the exact same amount and I am not paying them a dime.

I too have received a demand for payment of from ACS INC, In the the exact same amount of 945.67 and of course the court cost of 4203.86. Sent by email...I do not owe this and will not pay the scam!!!

This company has called my job and my home as well as sent me an email stating that I owed them $945.67 and that if I would not pay them that it would be $4203.86 in court they called my job 20 times in one day no execration.
