Company calling making threats and is a scam.

I got a call from this # and the man's name was supposedly Officer Brandon Phillips.  He said I owed a large sum of money for a payday loan. He also said that the case had been filed with the attorney general's office in Florida.  I called the attorney general from Florida and they said they don't even handle those cases. They instructed me not to pay them a cent and to tell them to take me to court. Odds are, it's a scam and these people all have strong accents. They can get your information from other companies selling your private contact information.

I received that same call from an Indian man claiming he was officer James Williams and that someonecommitted fraud against my name. I don't trust it.

This caller called for the first time today.

These people have been calling me for months always saying a different "officer's" name.... totally a scam. They threatened me and said that I didnt want something to happen to my name or phone number to call back.

just called saying he was from the miami atterny generals office   its a f*cking Indian can not speak english  on my sons cell phone some kind of scam!!!!

He was Indian and he wont tell me his name. I asked for a supervisor he said there was no supervisor just him and that they were coming to take me to court for something i didnt even do... Crazy

My call was from an officer James Williams who most definately was not a James Williams. Was most likely Indian since he could barely speak or pronounce teh English language correctly.

it is a scam i got the number saying they was a officer trying to find my sister that she owed some debt

They called my parents house looking for me about an old crime and that I needed to call him right away! He said his name was Officer Sam Marvy? I dunno but this sounds like a scam! I live in NY and the # comes back to Middleburgh, FL!
