This is a computer scam.

They said they were calling from prozoneservices.com , and that they wanted me to type "eventvwr" into my computer's RUN prompt. I Googled "eventvwr" before I did so...and it was in those Google results that I became aware of the scam.

During the call I spoke to two people with Indian accents. One identified himself as Warren Jones.
