Recording about "an important message.  I hung up before hearing what the "important message" was.

Called my home and did not speak and stayed on the line for over a two minutes

caller has attempted to call over two weeks. has same message as above, wait for important meesage.

attempts to call back are not successful

It's a recorded telemarketing call - but the caller id identified the call coming from a cell-phone.
