Keep getting called from this number saying I'm going to be arrested they don't give me a reason but want money

The same caller has called me using the number 646 719 8247.... I told him that I am recording the call and asked him to state his full name and the name of the law firm he represents.....he told me to go f*** myself.

I too received several of these phone calls The mans name is Daniel Johnson and the Company name is Department of Legal Services out of NY.  Phone number is 716-335-9569.  He wont answer the calls that I have been trying to return so I left him a voice message of how I was giving all his information and threats left on my voice mail to my boss.... The local Sheriff.  I bet that gets me off his list.

I just received a call from these people, they said they are from a law firm called Johnson & Johnson. He said his attorney supervisors name was Brandon Johnson. He also said that I would be arrested tomorrow at 11am, for a payday loan that I never received. He said the loan was for 325, but with all the late fees and everything else it I now over 8,000 dollars. He said the call was not to get money, but that if I wanted this to be settled out of court he could to speak the payday loan company and see if they would settle for that amount. first it was they did not want to settle, they wanted to make an example out of me, the payday company was usa cash, but they are not lenders, or brokers they connect you with lenders

Receive the call from this number, said I hae case with cash advance,  said if I do not call them back, I will get arrest. I check this number here, I see all the post, I believe this is scam.

Total scam - could hardly speak american, none of the information they quoted was correct - they should be ashamed of themselves for harassing people!

Got a voice mail from some middle eastern man with a very American name like Tom Jones.  Said that I needed to call back or have my attorney call back.  Very threatening and was like if you don't call me back all I can say is good luck for all that is going to come down on you.  What the hell does that mean?  So, I called back being the bytch that I am....and I received a voice recording - not professional at all, but basically, someone would return my call.  I hung up and kept it moving.  I later received another call, recognized the number and before he could say a word I proceeded to say that if he called me and left another f*****g message for me like that, i wasn't going to need a lawyer for this matter whatever it is, but that he was going to need one.  I instructed him to never call again and hung up.  Usually, these folks will call right back, but he hasn't called yet and it's been almost 24 hours.  I didn't even find out who he was or what he was calling for so I figured that I would look up the number.  Truth of the matter is, that even if people did take out loans, these fuc***s knew that folks didn't have the money when they gave them the loan.  Don't lend money if you can't afford to lose it.

I got a call saying someone had a legal case again me    so I asked more info about it and what was the case number then they hung up

OMG are you kidding about this Mike Anderson because I just had him take 430.00 from my sons' account because I received a call from a number that was in my area (413) 667-----I saying that if I did not contact this Mike Anderson within the hour they were coming to my job with arrest warrant.  I did call.  Now I know I was scammed or my son was....The guy calling from 904-442-9658 calls himself troy with the same scam information.  BEWARE.............at least now the threats are on a recording line.

I got the same message twice this week.  Had till today to contact him.  I work for a police department so messages are recorded on my line.

THreaten me at work on my phone line to have my served papers.  No company name just threats.

The stupid dude keep calling my cell phone and work phone saying I have a warrant on me, he gave me the case number and his I.D. number. I just got done talking to him and I told him that im gonna call the police department and see if i really have a warrant for supposely I own him $532.62. wow I guess thats alot of money for a stupid warrant. and say ill get a attorney and he said for me to just paid him cause i don't want to bry it to court. and he said a cop will be at my house in 2 hour bull s*** this is a scam will I guess ill have to change my number..STUPID PEOPLE

my husband has also gotten phone calls from this number twice at his work that he owed them money i did some checking on this number and found all of the post

Know who they are. Second IF you do owe anything they file papes
To take you to court, NOT arrest you. The threats are illegal so
Don't fall for them . Tell them to read the FCC and Abuse by debt collectors.
Give them a hard time back and don't let them scare you

These morons have been calling and leaving threatening messages much like others have reported.  This has gone on for over a year.  And they are asking for someone that doesn't exist at the number they call.  Because I'm listed in the phone directory with just my first initial, they think it's fair game to harass whomever they wish without confirming they even have a live person on the other end.  I let it go for a while and just ignored their messages ... but it started getting more intense.  So I called the number back and asked them to remove my phone number.  That was two days ago ... guess what ... their back.  So I'm filing a report with the police.

This nunber said I owe them money. Then they threatned to lock me up. I called the peopke that I originally got a loan from. They informed me that it was a scam and report it to the police. Their also partnered with the one who calls from 2532352345

Calling every day, we have asked them to stop. They ask for specific people that are not here and tell us they will keep annoying us.  This is a place of business. We would like to block their number.

just got same phone call stating that I would go to jail for 3 days and they would pick me up feom my place of employment.

Received a call from 9044429658. Didn't answer.  I don't answer 800 or 900 numbers, so they left a message.  However, the message said that I owe $ and to call them and provide my attorney legal papers and info.  In their dreams!  I keep in direct contact with my debtors and am making payments.  These people are full of baloney and trying to get ur personal information to steal from you. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
When u get calls like this, report it to the Federal Trade Commission in ur state and also the Attorney Generals Office in ur state.  There is an on going investigation on these kind of calls.  The callers give American names but have a heavy foreign accent. They use cheap prepaid cell phones and change their numbers like the change of the weather!  DON'T BE INTIMIDATED OR GET MAD, JUST HANG UP AND REPORT CALL TO THE AUTHORITIES.

I got a call from this number saying I had a legal case against me.  They gave me a warrent number, I went to local sheriffs office and they said there was no warrant.  Just a way to scare people.

Hi just listen to a message from Jorden Green 904-442-9658 telling me the same bull  i read from others here on line , called him, back he told me he had court papers for me! that he was going to take me to court if i dont pay $500 to him tonight. had my last  4 SSN all my info job and address , when i told hime i have proof that i have no loan from cash adavance and i was going to go to court and proof it he started with he's going to have to look into this claim more and get back with me! i ask who my lawyer could contact and talk too! he was short and said the company was close and hung up! i know i wasn't going to pay it! so please watch out for  this # and these people!

He now calls himself john green. He has called my work phone and left messages and my cell phone. I have already reported this matter to my local police once and I am going to do it again. This is getting out of hand.

I GET CALLS FROM VARIOUS DIFFERENT NUMBERS EVERYDAY ,INCLUDING THIS ONE ITS ANNOYING AND THEY CHANGE THE NUMBER  EVERYDAY,TURNS OUT ITS A MAGIC JACK...LOL

i got a call from a guy saying that i had 3 counts against me and that i needed to take care of this matter or i would be arrested tomorrow at 11 a.m. i told them i thought that this was a scam and that i am getting phone calls like this all the time and then he said well i wish you luck and hung up on me

I received multiple calls a day from this number and the guy states if I do not call him back then my name with my SSN will be sent to my place of employment. I am hoping this guy does as the place where I work has actual police. I know this is all a scam and I wanted to give everyone other numbers that US Cash Advance uses: 866-237-7707, which the guy who answers Identifies the company name as Transglobal and his name is Rick Shaw, he sounds like he is white or black. Also, if you want to check out the name of the place calling you if you call after 11pm at night then the answering machine will come on and you can get information that way. However, some of these people tend to take their lines off so that it just rings and rings. Anyway, I hope this helps everyone.

Receiving phone calls on my cell phone and on my Job harassing me on some money they say I owe that needs to be paid right away .   If I don,t pay it they say the Police will show up at my Employment and arrest me. Then it if you don,t get back to them in 2 hours they can-not help what happens next. On and On they go trying to scam me out of any money any way they can . They mainly try to Threaten You then turns into pure Harassment of non-stop phone calls.

Person named Mike called me from there and said they were coming to lock me up and take me to jail.

Just got a call stating I owed a US cash advance and there is a legal actions out on my name and S.S. He asked what was this about and I told him that he should know since he is the one contacting me. I fed up with people selling our personally information to fools like this
