Took them 20-30 seconds to come on the line.  By that time I had them on speaker phone and my microphone muted.  A lady finally came on and gave her pitch for a good minute and a half or so before she realized that I "wasn't there".

I asked Safe Touch to stop calling and bothering me.  I have no use for an alarm system.   So, the live person doesn't call any more.  Now I get HANG UP calls!!!!   I'm going to call Cheryl and she how she is liking her new job.  Wonder if she has figured out why the last girl quit??  I wish someone would post a craigslist type ad with their phone number, hey, ask for Cheryl, with something nice like an iphone for $30  NIB!

Maybe we all should report then to BBB if they do not remove number from their call list it they say they will and then don't.

I dont know who this is keeps calling my home number when I am at work never leaves a message and I call back it says thanks for calling and puts me on hold doesnt identify who they are.

Returned their call. They are a security system who says the do not call list does not apply to businesses.  

I keep getting calls from 904-483-3278 also and all they do is hang up most of the time. I think I heard a recorded message a few times but hung up. Idiots...

Safetouch Security Systems call everyday and have asked to be removed. Did as other person suggested and asked to speak to supervisor Marsha. She's no longer with them but Cheryl is and said she would personally remove number from list. Told her to Google their number and see what folks are saying about them. She had no idea!

They call every day, promise to remove me from their list and call again anyway.
Why would we entrust someone who breaks federal law with our security system?

I just read where someone else called them back and asked to speak to a supervisor (which I did) about putting me on their do not call list EVER again and he promised me that he would take care of it. So here is hoping he is right. Only time will tell.

I have gotten repeated phone calls from this number which shows up on caller ID as Safe Touch Security. When I answer, no one is there. There is no button to push to ask to be put on their do not call list. They just keep calling back.

This is a call from a home security company. My cell phone says they have called me at least 11 times as long as my caller ID history can keep record! This company is brutal and does not listen to me when I tell them that I am a mobile business and I repair pc's on the go! I politely told them to take me out of their dialer or calling list and I still get calls! Fighting them with kindness doesn't work! I really hate this company! I can't block the call cause it's my cell phone! Annoying and abusive company...I will never buy a home security system because of this..I'd rather own a pit bull and sleep near my cell phone then do business with them! Anyways, those kind of emergency calls are given a low priority rating since majority of those calls are accidents.

I have asked Safe Touch Security on numerous occasions to stop calling here. I have even went as far as to ask for a supervisor but it DOES NOT stop. I thought it was illegal to continue to call after you have ask them to stop. I have ask at least 50 times. Please tell me how to stop this harassment.

This annoying company (Safetouch Security System) calls me every day ? No Lie! I tell them each time (when I answer) that I have no interest in their product ? or their rude service.
If they call and leave no message ? I call them back and tell them to remove my number.  Still nothing has happened.
They tell me it takes up to 24-48 hours to be removed.  Odd, I have been telling them for months ? that is a long 48 hours.
Today, I found out that I can block them via my iPhone with the new iOS 7!  Done.  Blocked!

Guess they're still at it.  Just got a call from Safe Touch wanting to know if I had an alarm system.  Told them I'm not interested, he asked again if we had an alarm system, I hung up.

This number calls almost everyday.  What a waste of our 5 seconds to hang up on them.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone today.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message

I've been getting calls daily from this number. It is the SafeTouch Security Systems company. I opted not to go with them because of the very rude sales rep that came to my house. He instantly walked in, removed my laptop charger in the wall to plug in his phone. Texted the whole time to his brother about a basketball game. Once he realized that I was waiting said "so why am i here today" I said aren't you here to discuss your services and prices. HE said oh yes, proceeded to tell me I needed great credit and if I don't have great credit this was a waste of time.
WOW! I want them to stop but they DON'T!

For once, they answered when I picked up the phone and the woman was actually really nice when I talked to her and started off with polite small talk, which I usually appreciate. However, then she went into her spiel about how we have Safe Touch but she wants to help lower our bill to $9.00 per month. Except that we don't. Then she said, ah, I see that you don't but we would like to help you lower your bill, can I send someone out tomorrow to give you a quote? No thanks.

Our office just received a call from this number and no one would say a word.  Is there a way to stop these people for harassing the working public?

You may want to consider the fact that they may be deaf, and . . . since they may be deaf, if you blow a whistle very loudly into the telephone the next time they call,  maybe . . . they will hear you.  Oh, and maybe they will understand what you said, I mean, whistled. ;)

These people go beyond telemarketing into the realm of pure harassment.  They have called DOZENS of times and have ignored my REPEATED requests to be removed from the list.

Here's how you can stop the calling:
Call 1-904-483-3278 (the number they called from) and ask for the supervisor, Marsha.  Give her the number they are calling and that should get the job done.

Safe touch continues to call my business multiple times a day. I have told them I am not interested and they continue to call. Except now they call and then hang up.  They say nothing.  Meanwhile, I have taken time away from my customers.

Jist got a call from them on my OOMA internet telephone. I will block all calls from their number. Consider adding your number to the Florida Do-Not-Call list and then turn them into the Florida attorney general's office when they call again. Maybe the feds aren't doing anything but maybe the Florida Sttorney General will. How about a class action lawsuit against these idiots.

I was told to provide my phone number to my local chamber of commerce and that will keep them from calling me anymore. They keep calling my personal cell phone......

They call our business at least once a day trying to get us to switch Security systems. I have told them we are not interested and have asked to be taken off their do not call list, at that point they usually hang up on me. Or I get a call with dead air, and then a recording that say's goodby??
