This number showed up on my caller ID today for the first time.

This number has popped up on my caller ID at least 4 times in the first two weeks of living at my new residence.  They sound like they are selling something or going to ask for a donation, however they pronounce the persons name they are looking for differently, or with a hesitation, like they don't know the person.

Did not answer, but there was no message. Number has appeared a few times over the past few months.

called, left no message and if you try to call back, operator message says your phone has blocking features or the number is unavailable or something like that.
