I got a phone call today for someone that listed me as a contact.  This person went into detail about the bill.  She had the nerve to tell me I had to contact this person.  This pissed me off.  First I don't have to do anything for anyone..let alone for a company that I do not receive a paycheck from..second, the law was broken when this person told me of someone elses bill.  I reported them to the attorney general, the ftc, I called the police..while they were on the phone, I called my phone company and I have decided to loan this person that they were trying to collect from the money to file bankruptcy..stick that one..

oh , and just for fun, I am taking them to court for phone harassment and helping out the girl they told the information on.

In most of the states they loan in, it is a post dated check and is not treated as a felony check.. they can't put you in jail, take your things or anything like that..BUT i AM GOING TO TAKE THEIR MONEY FOR BUGGING ME...

Spoke with several people from this company. One guy, I believe Mr. Reed or Reeves, was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me three times. Told me to get a lawyer and threatened me with all kinds of stuff. Told me that they had sent written notification of the "account". Never received anything but rude calls from this company. They called my sister - twice - and each time told her to tell me that a decision had been made in their office. What decision they made, I have no idea. Spoke with one guy who was nicer than mr Reed/reeves but kept flip-flopping. Told me that if I didn't pay x amount of dollars by noon on the day I spoke with him, then someone would be at my job to "enforce the check." Then told me that if I could pay a much smaller amount and pay the rest at a later date, then we could talk. Craziness.

Consumers should keep in mind that you have no legal obligation to ever communicate with a debt collector (let alone crooks posing as debt collectors). Also, no debt collector has the power to arrest anyone for anything, and for a debt collector to threaten or imply otherwise is illegal.  Moreover, it is illegal for debt collectors to threaten a consumer with a course of action that they have no intention of undertaking or no authority to undertake.  Federal law also requires debt collectors to treat consumers with respect and, most importantly, to validate the debt upon the consumer's request.

Yes these people are idiot and have no respect for anyone. The company isLegal Mediation. They called me and threatened to have me arrested at work. I just laughed. All They are is a bill collector. With No cuth

Who are these people?  I received a call and they demanded money by western union or my bank account number.  They wanted the money within one hour.  Who ever this was also wanted to let me know that they would turn to the county sheriff to deliver a  notice of unpaid debt.  I refuse and asked questions pertaining to what account and who are these people. The man was rude and told me to get an attorney because I refused to pay.  He kept saying ask your friends or borrow the money but somehow get the money.
I would not give any information out and he hung up on me.  It didn't sound like a legal business.  Do not give any information about yourself out. Scam

These people called me at 4:30pm on a Thursday. Told me I had an unpaid bill for their client and I had until 9:00am the next day to get it paid to them in full OR ELSE they were going to turn me over to collections. I told the veryv ery rude man on the phone that I wasn't going to give a credit card over the phone with out a copy of a bill. After several minutes of argueing, he hung up on me.

I called the number back without dialing the extension.  The woman who answered was an American.  Due to personal knowledge I would say she was an African-American.  Could be phishing or a Collection Agency.  She was confused when I said I was referred to them by a friend and she said 'That we represented corporations not people.'  So she told me to hang up.  I changed my voice to sound Eastern European. They must have thought it was a joke.  I now report this to all of you.
