Caller claimed to be Officer Alex Smith and threatened that he had a warrant for my arrest for check deception. I am contacting the FBI.

They claim they are attorneys, and they told me I was not educated enough to speak with such a person when I told them I thought it was a scam, then they hung on me.  When I am in fact a teacher and have my degree.  This is rediculous!  I am tired, they said the sent three emails, never got a single one, check my email religously and then they wont send me anything in the mail.  So if they want to sue me for something I didnt do, so be it!!! I be glad to take those evil people to court and sue them for more than there worth.  It was so unprofessional that when he went to get "my file"  he left the phone to where you coud tell it was a call center to.  Then they couldnt even tell me what email address it was sent to.

I got a call from this number this morning, only it didn't show up as any number on my caller ID. Said I was put down from my friend and knew BOTH of our names. And asked if I could tell them anything about her, I said "No." Said she was involved in some illegal activity. I hung up on him, he called back and left a voicemail saying a bunch of stuff and left his number (904-507-0033) and that it was on me and if I didn't call back that he wished me good luck.
He spoke with a heavy Indian accent and said his name was Charlie Jones.
My friend got the exact same call.

Ugh.

It's a collection agency.

Got a call again, three calls from 2 different numbers, saying two different names.  Heavy accent, when I said it was a scam he hung up on me.  Then I called back and I asked why he hung up and he said that I was uneducated to speak with such a smart person!  I am a teacher and have my degree, so I am very educated.  I hate these people and I hardly dont hate anyone.  This is stupid and they should be put away to even think they can get away with stuff like that.  I have been harassed and threatened that 3 of this guys fellow officers would come to my place of work and take me way.  ILLEGAL!!! and pointless to even listen to such nonsense.  Just give em crap, they will never send you any documentation so whatever!

My friend received a call from this number. I googled the number and found this site. I called them knowing it was most likely a scam and entertained them for about 30 minutes. They didnt know what to do with the random nonsense I was throwing at them but they seemed very interested when I told them I wanted to pay a fine so they could help me avoid a "criminal offense". This is clearly a scam, they must be obtaining documentation from loan applications or something that has references with their phone numbers because they always seem to have the name of a relative or friend.

I have been called several times.  Filed a police report 3 months ago almost exact to the date I think.  The police told me I had no warrent and that it was basically illegal(which I already knew) to make threats over the phone like that.  I am very sick and tired of the yelling they do.  I believe it is the same guy calling me over and over, changing names.  I have heard three different names.  The police checked to ease my mind that I did not have any warrant for my arrest in my state.  So yes it is indeed a scam.  Just keep making reports and maybe eventually we will get these calls to stop.  I actually kind of humerous, my co-workers get a kick at the messages left on my phone.  Its kind of "the joke of the day" whenever they do call.  Good luck to all that come across this nonsense.

I recieved a call from this number telling me that they were from Federal Crime Department and that I had commited a serious crime and that they could help.
They also called my boyfriend's cell phone, my home number AND MY EMPLOYER!!
I could have lost me job if they had any fears that I would bring contraversy to my place of employment.
I'm glad to know that this is only a scam but very upset that I've been traumatized by the series of
threatening phone calls.

Ok this guy has called my work and my cell phone several times but the thing is my fiancee just had them doing this to her about three years ago and she knows the whole scam she! He called her cell phone and left a threatening message on her cell! She then called him back and went off on him and told him she knows where he's calling from and what is going on it's a company that buys off your debt or not even your debt from loan companies off the internet and they are just trying to get their money back from you that they spent buying the loan from cash loan companies! He has not called either of us back yet and I dare him to cause she's not happy they are playing this game again!  Ignore Officer John Clarkson he's full of s*** just like his accent is I already filed a report with FTC and they got the number 904-507-0033!

I just got the same call but it was  alix smith and he started in on me with this bogas clame an i knew it was!! so i let it All out on this guy was ausom  great for streas releaf LOLOL i have no problem wit my debt but some one wants to SCAM ME, THEY BETTER RUN FOR THE HILLS "I WILL LIGHT A BIG FIRE UNDRE THER A**!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

A man with a very heavy middle eastern accent called my home phone and cell phone, stating that I was gonna go to jail.  Then after I hung up on him several times. He stated calling my home phone number with three different numbers, my boyfriend answered and had to get the man to stop calling.  THIS NEEDS TO STOP, calling people like this is wrong!!!

Financial Family Legal Department

Officer Adam called me at work with a heavy Middle Eastern or Indian accent. He called my work and wanted to talk to me and he said, there will be an officer will come to my work place and arrest me unless he talks to my lawyer.
It sounded like he said, Financial Family Legal Department but I am sure. I hardly understand what he was saying.
Please anyone I need help to stop this guy from calling me.

I just got a call also today. he had ALL my info, and i mean all of it. So i wrote down his number his name which was Dean Marshal. So then i called the place that had supposedly filed the lawsuit, they told me they had never heard of me. So i called Dean back and he didnt answer the phone as " United Financial Crime Division" So i asked him why he didnt answer the phone like that and he hung up on me. So now im calling him every 5 minutes. Which he wont answer, but if he bugs me i will bug him!

Tried to say they were officers trying to make a lawsuit there cannot be officers involved in a lawsuit for debt report them to www.ic3.gov who takes care of internet crimes i got this from the F.B.I.

I just got a call at work,(actually 3 after I heard the gentleman's voice I knew it was the same guy how had called in Sept/Oct . I knew it was a scam , I hung up and he called back again and I hung up again/he called again I hung up again. He then called my cell andd left a message with this phone number 904-507-0033 , he said that since I didnt seem interested in the legal case file against me, a officer would be coming to my job and I could lose my job or this.
In Sept/Oct,when he called he used 2 different names, but it was the same voice and accent. I told him to leave me alone I knew it was a scam and that I had contacted an attorney and the police.

They think people are stupid enough to fall for it. I asked him to send me a copy of the paperwork and the documents her at the lawfirm where i work as a paralegal and he said there were none. i have been in this line of work for 25 years and if there is a lawsuit pending then there is a trail of paper or somekind of information to back it up. he then said he was an attorney and licensed in my state. I asked him what state that was and of course he was wrong. then he said he did not have to be licensed to practice in the state he could just work there. ALL THE WORNG ANSWERS TO ALL THE QUESTIONS. So I hung up on him. he has not called back for several months until yesterday. I refuse to answer his call and will too file whatever complaint I can. but you know that once you file a complaint against low life like that all they do is change the name of their company and get anew phone number to stay one step ahead of the authorities.

Sounds like the same guy that cale dme and told me exactly the same thing. This is the 3rd time I have gotten calls of this kind each time the guy saying the same script. the last time he said he would send the police to drag me kicking and screaming into court. I told him I would be waiting. he did not call back for several months until yesterday I got a call with the same script. these people are scam artist who somehow access your information on line and then call and threaten you.  I doubt that anyone named officer John Clarkson would be someone who could hardly speak English. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!

I just this minute got the same kind of call on my cell phone (which by the way is a new cell phone number that very few people have, including my family) with the same kind of spiel.  The number that came up was a strange one (+052527164) so of course I ignored it and then listened to the message.  The callback number he left was 904-507-0033, his name is Officer Charlie Jones and that a lawsuite is ebing filed against me and my residential address, etc.  I've already gotten two different calls from two different numbers, each time with a different "Officer" and a different call back number. . . they must really step up their calls at the holdiay season.  I've filed complaints with the FTC and the FBI for the other numbers.  I'll be doing the same with this one.  Please don;t fall for it, I almost did.

I got a call from a man with a very heavy middle eastern or indian accent.  He said he was trying to talk to my son about a criminal activity that he was involved with.  He told me that my son should call him immediately or we both would be taken to court.  He said his name was "officer John Clarkson"  Or "Dodson"  I couldn't tell.  He said he was with Arrowhead financial. Then he said United Financial.  Turns out this is a scam!   They are trying to get people to send them money for a bogus loan.   Beware!
