Called left no voicemail

Called these people back, said I owe $500. Kelly said I would be arrested if I didn't call her back with the money in 2hrs. I called my local police department and a lawyer friend and they said they've never heard of that EVER! So, I called her back the next day because she wouldn't answer the phone the day before and she wouldn't answer the phone again until I called her restricted. Then she put her "supervisor" on the phone and when I confronted her about "being arrested" she tried to say that kelly shouldn't have said that and that's not true. B***S***! Good thing I have the phone call recorded and Duval county sherrif's office will be hearing from me :)

these people calls me all the time and threating me to send them money and the laws are going to arrest me i think these people are the same people that steals peples idenity if you ask me these people need to be brought to the law get them involved in the siuations.

ncp is a bunch of unprofessional people who lie. tried to say i owed 783.00 on 250.00 payday i had 2 years ago. they  said by 2pm or you will be arrested.  i called my local police department. a bunch of creepy people.

this NCP out of jacksonville flordia does not own my payday loan, and they still tried to exstort over 700 from me.  JHS marketing owns my loan. so why don't you stop repeating yourself.  these NCP people threating folks, that illegal.

Some people have lost their jobs due to the economy and do not have the income to pay their bills at this time and I feel the companies they owe should understand.

They called me a month or so back, claiming they have a video tape of me recieving money from a payday lender.  She kinda chuckled and said that she knows i didn't steal the money, but if i don't pay 280.00 within the hour she was going to go downtown and put a warrant out for my arrest.  Well i called the DA's office, the State banking commission who governs the laws of check cashing companies, and even the Federal Trade Commission.  What happened is the lender i wrote the check out to sold this account to these people, National check processing   They are not willing to work with you at all on payments, unless you make the whole thingMoney gram.  WTF...who ever heard of a collection agency demanding money up front like that.  They never called me back either.  I know the debt is owed and I don't mind paying the debt back.

Someone from this # called both my work phone and my cell phone. When they called work they got voicemail but no message but the message they left on my cell was very threatening. The woman stated that I had until close of business today to call them because their office had come to a final conclusion on my "case file" and that it was a serious matter - she "strongly urged" that I did not diregard the message. I don't even have any idea what "bill" they are trying to collect on. No one has told me details. Do they think I am just going to pay them? Uh no! I think that it's a collection from a "supposed" pay day loan that I already paid back! But they are trying to turn it into a larger amount. NOPE! I paid back what I borrowed plus fees -so they can find someone else to harrass!

received a call at my job from Law Office of Lavern Carmichael. Said if I did not pay money in two hours that they would arrest me. They called from 904-527-8635. Some rude lady named Cynthia claimed I owed this money,which I have paid all of my debts. So thats why I new it was a scam. She told me to money gram money to NCP at 7318. They must be commiting a crime by saying they are a law office. They also would not give me the number to SSM Group, whom I borrowed the money from in the first place.

I received a call from a friend of mine today that said they received a call from ms carmichale claiming to be a FBI agent and that she was listed as a witness on a case of mine that he was working on.  He wanted my cell number and some other information about me from her.  She took his information down and gave no information out to him. She then called me to let me know that he was calling to get information about me.  I am reporting them again to the FTC and Attorney General's office.  I have had the same call at my job in the last month and wish someone would do something with these people.  This is the biggest scammers ever and they are breaking all kinds of federal laws by just representing themselves as government officials

I received a Phone call from a lady by the name of Elivia who said I will be process today at my job and be terminated if I do not get money money gram #7318 and ref acct case # 13158 to them by 11:00am this morning.  I already notified my Job about this treat !

And I called police dept and made a report online.

This is a scam.  I got a call today to use the same receiver code.  And if it wasn't a scam then Ms. Wilson needs to be ALOT more professional on here!  I have turned them in.

I had a big run in with this company. They claimed that I owed money on a previous payday loan that I took out and when they called to get me to pay, I was threatened with arrest, losing my job and also garnishment of my wages. I asked them to validate my debt with a letter and also asked them to STOP calling my work number because I could not accept these calls at work. They obviously did not stop. They made me cry because I had never been in this type of trouble before. I finally hired a law firm and they are now answering to my attorney. This place violated the FDCPA multiple times and on more then one occasion. I offered to pay the money owed but I needed to set up a payment plan and they would not accept it at all. Then I was told I was being uncooperative and that I would be summons to court. I still have not received a letter vaidating my debt and hopefully I'll get my money back when my attorney settles with this so called "business". FYI I spoke with a Tammy James and also a gentleman names James. Both threatened me and claimed I had a warrant out for my arrest. I got pulled over recently for speeding and there was no warrant.....

As for you Ms. Wilison, I think that you are on here trying to look good for your company. I may owe money on a debt that I have but I have since contacted that company and have made arrangments with them. Is it routine for you to have people call you and then you will end up threatening them? I have reported your "business" to the FTC, the BBB, and my states attorney generals office. I hope I get every dime back that you took from me.

You are so full of yourself it's pathetic. If your company is legitmate, please provide a phone number with your extension and a physical address where to send correspondence. So you say Mr. Bass is no longer under your employ, what about Rubin? If you are not scammers why do so many victims come forward? Crawl back beneath your rock & think of another way to make money, like maybe get a real job.
