Unbelievable.  I received a call from Evette Harris today claiming she was from the Social Security/Disability office.  This is a collection agency!  I have an attorney and have made a report.

Okay, well I keep getting calls, threatening me, that I'll be going to jail, I'm 18 years old, and the only loan I've EVER taken out was my student loans...You call my cell repeatedly, "wishing me luck" and that I will be going to jail, and when I simply ask you for your companies address, you say you don't feel comfortable giving it to me.  Okay, then I ask what's the number and dates and even the address for the loan company "I took out a loan from" and you say, "does it really matter?" Seriously? Just because I'm a female, and I'm young doesn't mean I don't know my rights, you're a scam artist get a real job, low life. And another thing, I talked to the same man all 4 times he called me but under different names "Nathan Jones, Andrew Bush, Daniel Aurthur, ect. When it's very clear none of those was your name, Aladdin. I hope you all get arrested, and I hope no one gives you a damn dime. You lazy, low life, liars. American's aren't dumb. If you call me again, I will this time call the police.  You'll never get any "documentation" from me, what's really panicky sir, is people like you trying to con us HARD WORKING people out of money we have to earn, you sorry piece of s***. Well Mike.  I just received 4 calls from "Morgan & Associates in 5 minutes.  I told your agent that I was disputing the debt and this seem to enrage him.  I DON'T HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING PAYDAY LOANS WITH ANYONE.  I asked him the date and the year of the loan....guess what?  He couldn't tell me.  I was given an address in Ft. Myers FL with phone # 1-800-219-9702.  When I called that number I received the message "this call may be recorded"  and then it disconnects.

He threatened to call my place of employment which is a hospital.  I requested that all contact be via US MAIL and he laughed.  I am sending a dispute in writing CMRR.  As I said earlier, I do NOT wish to be contacted by telephone by anyone in your employ.  Send anything you have in writing.

Oh, and by the way, he said you are suing me..I think you have the order ALL WRONG.  If you really are suing me....you won't get a default judgement.  Can the address at Bayview CT sign for mail?

I'd really like that India peice of **** to call me. He states his name is Mike. I got a call from probably Shreya Shah or Piyush Patel, and have a picture of her with her little son. As a bureau agent for DC FBI, in an ongoing 7 month investigation we just received info from India's High Court, DCP Enforcement, Central Intelligence Unit and the Cyber Cell Crime Branch of the Brihanmumbai Police and in Bombay. Whew...say that three times fast.

They have logged 13 Federal Bureau complaints from the US and are working as we speak on tracing through Subpeona each VOIP and Spoofed call to it's registrants, (kind of like an IP address that cannot be submasked) Unless they move in the next 2 weeks, they have all the recorded conversations needed to put these peices of s*** where they belong.  

Because of the severity of strained economic relations between India and US, their High Court has immediatley pledged to dilligently exploit and incarcerate Piyush and Shreya Patel and their sham companies; et al Florida FBI, New York Cyber Crimes Unit and in conjunction with the Federal Trade Commision DC and Special Task Forces at the Federal Communications Commission.

Thanks to you folks and your continued vigilance with respect to complaints logged, YOU are the ones that are putting them behind India's Prison Bars for hopefully a very, very long time.
"Just put them on hold when they call" Cyber Cell Task Unit India tells our FBI correspondants, this allows precise routing time allowed for successful traces on the VOIP frequency. The longer they hold, the more accurate the trace.

I agree Alana. It has happened to all of us. I unfortunately paid them once. Remember this
          - They are not allowed to threaten you with arrest
          - they are not allowed to say they work for a lawyer
            or claim they are one without the proper proof.
          - Check you local check fraud and check deception laws
            With deal with pay day loans.
this will make you relax because it will basically state that they don't have a leg to  stand on. So relax you will be fine you have friends in your corner.

don't flip out Alana - they have done the same thing to all of us. Let your family and your co-workers know that this is indeed a scam and they ARE being investigated it's just going to take time as they are in india via Jacksonville Florida (that's what i was told by the secret service).  Don't be afraid of them, they CANNOT arrest you. they cannot do ANYTHING to you.  They've been 'coming to get me' for almost a year now. :)  I don't mean to make light of it as in the beginning of the harrassment I was scared too, but now i tell them that i will never send them any money and they can call my office, or my family, or even my friends, and we all know that they are thieves and cannot play their extortion game with us.

Ok, I am flipping out here.  904.562.2131 is the number that keeps calling me.  Rick Bush, Ms. Vicks, Frank Smith have all called me.  They have called my home phone number, my cell phone, my job (repeatedly!!)and my parent's house, which I haven't lived there in over 10 years!  I'm getting SO frustrated with these people, I've never EVER had a payday loan in my LIFE (and NO ONE else has my ss#) and they are refusing to send me any type of documentation.  They are telling my co-workers, my fiancee, my mom and my dad that they are coming to arrest me.  He called my office last week and told the receptionist "Tell her I wish her luck, she is in trouble"!!!!!  I don't know what to do anymore.  I am so furious right now, they are getting a call from ME tonight.  I WILL be reporting them to the FBI.  I'm sick of this.  
And I'm so sorry that is happening to everyone else, because if they are as AWFUL to you guys as they are to me, I feel terrible for you!  Thanks for helping me out, This is site has been very useful!  =)

  Do not pay them!! Jeffery Scott is the guy I paid the first time when I got scammed. He is convincing but a liar. Do not pay him.

Ahhh good ole 'Tri-Financial' I was getting calls from them too.  But i had the same attorney file a complaint against them as well and now all i get is an occasional recorded message from a 'Peter Stanton'. I was getting calls from a 'jeremy' (rude SOB). whatever. they are bottom feeders as well.  the debt they are calling about is the exact same debt that the jerks from india want to collect, only Tri-financial wants an added 1200.00 to the original $255.00 bill.  By the way, the bill in question was paid long ago the the originating company (cashNet).  I don't take their calls either.  You should call my attorney - it doesn't cost you a penny and Tri-financial has to pay all lawyers fees when they are taken to court. I can pass along the attorney info if you like. Oh yeah, and boiler here are a list of other numbers that the indians were using, you should check out the posts on these as well!  its bigger than i imagined!  I've become obsessed with this racket - it's rather sick i think :)

I'm getting a reprieve somehow.  haven't had a call in a few days. But i'm sure they will start again with a new name and new company alias and new number to call back. the authorities said that this is definately their MO.  And of course, i'll call the number back as i always do and i'll tell them the same thing as i always do, which goes a little something like this,

Hi Boiler 1 - yes I am now aware of that. I haven't gotten a call from them since my last post.  Hopefully I won't hear from them again... if I do, then I will just repeat what I said in the last 100 calls that they made and simply hang up. They are a waste of time.

Gena Remember! They are not allowed to tell you that they are going to have you arrested. They are not actually allowed to discuss anything with anyone but you. I have not recieved a call in a couple of days now. I am waiting because I have my information ready to share with them.

Do you really think that we are THAT stupid? I happened to call the loan company that you are insisting I owe money to, and guess what? I was paid in full 2 years ago.  Send me your address and I will mail you the information.  In fact they went on to say that they had never hired your company (and I mentioned all of the alias' that you use)for debt collecting. They too declared you a scam. How about that, huh? You are absolutely right boiler 1.  They called me again last night at home - and I just told them that they would not get a dime from me, and that I knew they were a scam, and that I have already reported them to the secret service, FBI, FTC and the attorney generals office. This moron still tried to talk over me, and that is when I lost it and told him he was a third world country filthy ignorant pig and he should go slaughter a sacred cow and eat its bloody meat. he then called me back about 6 times back to back. the last call that I picked up, he said that I abused him (never mind that since August 08 he has called my office daily 20 times back to back, and called my family telling them that they would be arrested if they didn't pay my debt - Note to 'mike' or 'andy smith' or 'robert bryant' or 'charlie jones' or 'rick bush' or 'roy campbell' just so that you are aware, any calls to my family members, my co-workers, as well as the president of my company will be recorded, they all know about this scam, so you can call until 'the cows come home' (no pun intended) and they will not speak with you, other than to tell you that you are being recorded and will not get a dime -

Been recieving phone calls from number(765)237-3088.Funny thing is that when you call it back it fails. The number called the other day Rick Bush called for another person speaking of "Doom from Above". I called back and told them they had the wrong number. Then I recieved a call yesterday this time for me.It was the same number calling for me this time. Left me the same message. You know Mike it is illegal to tell people you are taking legal action against them. It is also illegal falsify information such as working for a law firm or saying you are a lawyer or work for one when you really do not have a licensed lawyer working with you. Be careful man. Oh yeah if you were a legit business why are you calling under disguised phone numbers a valid business would have a central valid phone number.

The names they've used on me were the following; Andy Smith, Charlie Jones, Ms.Vicks, Sandra Wilson, Mr. Morgan, Ricky Simmons, and 'Dave'.

I have been getting telephone calls at my office constantly for the last 6 months from these people. They threaten by telling you
they will send the police to your place of employment to arrest you for fraud, they lie and say they are a law firm, they ask to
speak with co-workers, calling sometimes 20 times back to back within a 2 minute period. When you ask for an invoice or written
statement they ignore the request, saying simply that they cannot supply you with any documentation of the amount you owe. They
all have american names but are clearly from another country as their accents are so thick sometimes they are hard to understand.
When you try to call the number back that shows up on your caller ID you get a recording that the call cannot go through, however if you call back on the following numbers you will be connected to the same person. Below are the list of names and call back numbers that they use. These people should be arrested. They are scam artists. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!

I called and got an address from these people. it started with 219 Jack street, jacksonville fl. this address doesn't exist. So i called back and they gave me the address of 1408 Bayview court jacksonville fl. 33901. this also does not exist in jacksonville florida, however this address does exist in ft. myers fl. it is a video conferencing center. as far as i can tell, the owner of this place knows nothing about CNA but has been getting stuff from lawyers. don't know if he's telling the truth, but he seems to be. thought i'd let everybody know this address. I also have three different names now...Rick Bush, Robert Bryant, & Jason Arthur.
