Called twice today.  No caller ID.  Heavy Indian accent.  Because I didn't know who it was, I answered with heavy accent.  I didn't speak English except to say, "No Johnson here.  Do not call back" in response to his asking for someone named "Johnson."  Heard standard English spoken by someone else in the background (which was obviously a call center).

What I don't get is the US government engages in mass surveillance of the US population, yet these Secure ID crooks can get away with what they're doing.

what good is it to keep updating the do not call when these crooks keep calling .
Maybe the crooks give the do not call list a big donation. The pest that calls has a heavy
accent. The caller ID shows Secure ID it's out of Jacksonville,Fl.

Came up on my caller ID as Jacksonville Florida, I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. I will report them.

I had blocked area code 904 already due to similar calls.  So this new number immediately hit a brick wall.  A call blocker is one of the best investments I have made.

This number keeps calling me and when I pickup no answer. I tried to call it and got a fast busy.  Finally someone was on the line and it is one of those "Microsoft called us scams" UGH

This same number just called me. I answered said "hello" twice and then they hung up. I don't have caller ID. Most ppl don't even have a house phone, so I have nothing on mine. I looked up the number and found all these complaints. I have repeatedly signed up for the donotcall.gov - but I heard they can't stop robo dialers. This is ridiculous. According to lawyers we can sue for each call. How does that work?

I am taking my phone back! I answer the call and they purport to be selling ID watch services. Told them I wasn't interested and they wanted to send me information anyway and wanted my email. I said no so they told me to go to their web site and they would call me back. So I told them not to call me back and they hung up. The next time they call I will promise them they will wish they hadn't. When you try to call their number all you get is busy after a delay. Fight back! Cuss them cuss their families. Keep an air horn handy. Do what the government can seem to do.  The trick now is to skirt the do not call law by saying they are taking a survey. Call you elected officials daily until they agree to do something (what a change that will be). Use your vote to do what the do not call list doesn't.

They call several times a day.  Never leave a message.  If you are afraid to let me know who you are, I am not answering your call.  However, it is annoying.
