I got a call from that number and some Asian jerk kept on saying hello hello hello and wouldn't say anything else until I say who is this then he hung up on me.
This happened about5or 6 different times. He's probably waiting for a female to answer

Got a call from 904-596-0010 and it was a man with foreign accent and said he was with Debt Solutions. Wanted to know if I had credit card debt or anyother kind of debts if so he could help me with them.  I figured it was a scam wanting my credit card numbers. I told him NO I DID NOT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARD DEBTS.

I get at least 3 calls a week from this number.  Every time, it is a man with an Indian accent from "Global Pharmacy" asking if I want to buy weight loss medication.  Every time they call, I ask to be taken off their call list, and every time the gentleman say his company has never called me before...

This guy that I can barely understand has been calling me telling me he is with a collection agency and that I have an outstanding balance of $27.00 and that I need to pay it. He asks me for my credit card or debit card number so he can take care of it. I have asked him what it is for and he tells me that he cant give me that information. I have told him numerous times that if he wont tell me what the bill is for then I wont give him any information. He said it was for some CD's that I purchased from TV. I have never purchased any CD's from TV. If I want a CD then I go to the store and buy it. He just called me about 30 minutes ago and tried the same thing and again I told him to either tell me what it is for or to let me talk to his supervisor and he told me that his supervisor is not available. So I told him to go learn proper english and to leave me alone.

Got a call from this number today.  No message left.  I'm a guy, so if it is your husband, you've got bigger problems than you think.

I've been getting two phone calls every two weeks for over a year. Is an asian guy saying he's with a firm called US Pharmacy. Asks for a jeffery.... Then asks if i want any pain meds...like oxy-cotton or morphene even uppers or downers too. Sometimes I say jeffery died or he's in jail. The calls stop for a month. And pick back up the very next month with another asian guy. If I ask for a superviser... they hang up. They want all your info but is reluckant to give any.... Pure scam or Phishing.....THERE IS NO WAY TO BLOCK THE BASTARDS!!!!!!!

They keep calling me from intenational location, do not know them. Constantly. Harrassment, want money

This is a VOIP line so it can be from anyone from anywhere........

The phone number that is calling you is not a real number. There is no way for it to be traced back to the person who actually called you. The phone number is chosen at random by a computer program.
If you just look up a program called "voipbuster" you will see that you too, the everyday person can do the exact same thing. This is what is typically used for things such as "skype" which is a way to make international phone calls through your Internet connection for free. Another common name for it is an "sip" if you just take the time to look it up you will see what I am talking about.
I use the exact same program to call my friends while I am in a wifi hot spot using my iPod touch, and no I am not joking about it. Almost anything is possible with technology these days.

11:52am today (Tues. 1.06.09) this number came across my caller ID at my desk. It shows as "INTL. NUMBER". It was a man's voice. He was older. If I had to guess, I would say 50's to early 60's. At first he was nice and joking around. He asked me some causal questions about my "contractors". He stated that he was one of my favorite contractors. When I told him that I didn't recognize his voice, he asked me what the wildest thing I've even done. He said he guessed it as skinny dipping. He asked me what my other half thought about me flirting with contractors. I figured it was a prank call because this guy was WAY off with his comments and assumptions. He asked me how I liked having a secret admirer, blah..blah..blah.. When I kept asking him for his name, he finally just hung up on me. I did call the police non-emergency number and notified them. I wanted to make sure they at least had a record on file. When I called the number back, it rings busy. If you look it up on the white pages, it's listed as a land line for Intermedia Communications in Jacksonville, Florida. The tower signal is from South Main Street. My company has recorded lines so I hope this guy does call again! I wonder if people realize that your voice is like a thumb print. No the call can not be traced due to the fact it is used through an internet phone connection. I could go on for ever about how wierd and creepy these guys must be. I mean..come on...get a hobby. This guy wasn't looking for personal information, he justed wanted to harass some one.

Some idiot wants me to give them personal information such as my birth date and social in order tot release funds from Western union that has been wired to me.

I got a call from some indian prick, claiming to work for the IRS, talking about some bogus western union grant.... Its a scam!

caller called and spoke in indian language.  wanted to speak with person listed on the phone bill.  number shows up as Intl number with a local area code of 904: the # is 596-0010  this # calls every other day at least twice and even on Sunday.

This # keeps calling me but when I try to call back it wont go through because my phone stops any international calling so please beware

i am a law enforcement officer..... and have had severael reports of this number in reference to several scams...... if you recieve a call from this number hang up and dont give any info

My recently deceased grandmother gets calls from this number from the people who scammed her out of all of her money.. They won't stop calling even after I tell them she's passed away. They just ask if I want to go pick up a package she "won" for her in Spain.. I told them, "She died YESTERDAY. I have to plan a FUNERAL. Will you please stop harassing us?"

Nope. They won't. Not until they can bleed me dry of every penny I have, just like they did to her.

AT&T won't let me block it, either.

I got this call and it was a friend calling me from their Skype account.  When callers make phone calls from their internet phone account, the internet phone provider uses random numbers that appear on the caller ID because a phone number isn't necessarily assigned to a person's account, therefore the phone numbers are hardly ever the same for each call they make.  If you call the number back on the caller ID you'll never get back to the person who originally called.  The phone numbers get recycled over and over by the internet phone provider.  That's what people use to avoid being easily traced.

Um..NO, this is a call that just sits there forever without saying anything..I have *69'd the number 3 times today alone..

one ID showed "Intl. Number", the other "Wireless Caller". I believe the "toys" these yahoos have allow them to show almost anything in the ID field. The medication angle sounds curious as I inquired about discount meds from Canada at some point in the past, but I don't recall giving out my cell ph #. Regardless- my cell phone is for MY convenience and I only answer calls from #'s I recognize.

An asian gentleman calls. Says He's with US Pharmacy  & asks for a Jeffery. Then proseeds to ask do I want to buy leagal narcotics...Uppers...Downers....Morphene etc....I say no....& he calls back 3hrs later. So I say Jeffery died...He says sorry. & won't call for 3weeks. Then it starts up all over again...This is a scam & phishing call. The asian guy won't give any info of his company but wants all of your info.....

Dear Friend....I got a call Twice every other week About some "US Parmacy" askin for a "Jeffery" & If I wanted to buy High poitant pain pills like OXY-cotton or morphene......I called AT&T to block phone # But they couldn't. Its an International company piggy backing off a Florida Cell/landline....Its just a Phishing deal looking for peoples info.....Why do the crooks get all the cool toys & the normal law abidding citizen can't?

I received a call from 904-596-0010, however the person was calling my cell phone and I told him I could not hear him to let me call him back.  He provided this number as a call back 702-862-8347.  I inquired why he was giving me a different number to call instead of the one on my cell phone, but he did not reply...just said, "call me write back that phone is sitting right beside me".  I did call him back and he inquired about my business...he too had seen an ad that I had placed in a publication.  I got a funny feeling about this call so I looked up both numbers.  Yes, the cell phone is registered as Duval County, but the other number is listed as a business number in Las Vegas, however the business information was not available unless I paid to get it...NOT!  So I suspect this is somebody gathering phone leads that will turn around and sell them to a telemarketing company and then we'll start receiving calls trying to sell us something.  That's my thoughts anyway...

Got two calls from some a***oles a little after midnight.  I had posted a found ad on Craigslist and these dimbulbs evidently were looking through there and thought it would be cool to call me.  I immediately did a reverse phone lookup and found the phone number registered to a person named Viola Ostrander in Brooksville, FL although the report says the phone is a Duval county phone.  Don't know if the report is accurate.  Hope I can find them and pay them a visit.  If you know who owns this phone please post.
