This number called saying we won a Carnival Cruise.  HA!  They were pressing for money for part charges and taxes.  SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I received a call from 904 647 8123 ext 602 Nancy-Defraud Department.  She called and transferred me to Alex.  A female that questioned me on whether I had warrants or any prior arrest.  I had taken out a Pay Day Loan and couldn't pay it back when needed. Not because I avoided it or wanted to fraud them, but because someone one hit my account, and threw all of my transactions off.  She told me that I had 2 hours to come up with 1,000.  Which I couldn not.  I panicked.  Began to cry and attempt to work out payment arrangements.  She wouldn't except.  Then she proceeded to tell me that she would forward my information to the prosecuters office of Baltimore County, and press charges for fraud immediately.  Me being dumb, I got even more upset.  She in turn told me that since she couldn't get a word in(because I was so upset and crying), she was going to forward my information to the Prosecutors office and they would hunt me down.  I called my friend who is a paralegal for Harry Chase in Baltimore.  He's an excellent attorney.  I was informed that this was bu***hit.  I was also informed that you cannot be prosecuted for a pay day loan.  It's like taking a personal loan with the bank.  They can't do it.  The law is really clear.  When I arrived at work today, I was informed that Nancy called my job and gave them all of my case information.  I will be reporting this Mr. Chase ASAP.  I also received a call from 1-904-647-8123.  This is bogus!!!

Yes, indeed it is Blatant Harassment. They did the sam thing to me. Do not pay them!!! This is a scam!!! I don't know how they got the info about my debt to the payday center in which i owed money to. They threaten you and tell you that you will be arrested. Don't believe them!!! I contacted my lawyer and he told me it was Bologna and not to pay them!!!

They did that to me today. This company called my uncle's home (Where I do not Reside) and left a message that there was a case against me. It scared my uncle and family and gave us stress. I called them back and they were extremely rude and hung up on me. The man I spoke to went by the name of JIM FOX and the receptionist said her name was LISA. They threatened to file charges against me for a Pay day loan that I defaulted on a few years back at ACE CASH EXPRESS and said that I was facing 2 FELONY COUNTS. They said that I would be charged with "MALICIOUS INTENT TO DEFRAUD A MONEY INSTITUTION" AND FOR "WRITING WORTHLESS CHECKS" They claimed they had surveillance video and a thumb print on the check. They said I was to go get a MONEYGRAM of 476.00 by 10am tomorrow or else. They wanted me to call them with a confirmation number and gave me a number to put on the moneygram. The man even went as far as to call me a thief! I am going to press charges on them for harassment and Slander if they don't stop calling me with this Bologna!!!

My dad, stepmom, and mom have all received phone calls from this company. I just got off the phone with them, and they stated I need to pay $1523 before the end of day today, or a warrant will be issued for my arrest.  I have never been arrested before, and don't want to have it happen now.  Should I pay the money?  Are they legitimate?  From what I am reading here they are just a debt collection company.  

This is blatant harassment by calling my family members.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

recieved call from KAREN CHAPMAN on threats of something i know nothing about she was pretty rude and hung up in my face so i called back let her have it and hung up in her face these people are some crazies

I recieved the same call and they also called my mother's home threatening to charge me with a feloney for interstate check fraud issued a warrant for my arrest $3800 secured bond or and out of court settlement of $1400 dollars who are these people?

They called My husband, My Job and my cell phone while I was working with this non sense then when I stated that this was an recorded line they disconnected . Then called again to see if the line was recorded again.

I am receiving calls from this number as well as 904 253 3290, ext 210, threatening to have me served with a subpoena and also to have me arrested within the hour if I don't pay a debt account.
