I missed their call. When I tried to call back, the recording said, "This Verizon Customer is not available/taking calls (or whatever) at this time." How hard is it for Verizon to get rid of these annoyances to their customers? Or, are they too busy figuring out how to charge more for the services we don't need?

I got the same call for the same reasons to upgrade my service. Being an adult over 40 I believe I know when I need to upgrade. I hate this crap.

This is the SECOND call I've received from a number claiming that I'm eligible for a free phone. The callers both claimed to be from Verizon/Cellular Sales. I'm extremely irritated by these calls, and Verizon will be hearing from me promptly.
