Got two calls from this number - did not answer either as it was unrecognized. No message left. Suspected a spammer - and I'm on the don't call list!! However, the other notes posted here state BCBS customer survey. That makes sense - but why don't they at least leave a courtesy message that that is who they were!! Annoying way to do business!

Telephoned twice yesterday - once at 6 and again at 8 PM. Only phone no. appears in caller ID. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I wish they would stop calling as I don't answer when I don't recognize a caller!

Called once, did not leave a message. I called the number back to see if I would get an answer. The automated message said the company was SQM and they are a survey company. I blocked the number as well.

It is a 3rd party survey company called SQM Group. If you call them back, the automated prompts allow you to add your number to their "Do Not Call" list.
