called them back and they said "HCH Power" and they are a Health and Wellness Business  odd

Got call tonight at 8:25PM from someone called Summer, am on national do not call list. They showed on caller ID as Property Management and asked me if I wanted to sell or rent my timeshare property. I asked if they were broker, they said no. I asked them not to call again as I was on national do not call list.

All my timeshare management companies said same thing, sell only through broker who only gets paid if they sell your timeshare. Do not pay uipfront/deposit fees.

I searched the Better Business Bureau database of businesses located in Jacksonville, FL using the phone number from my caller ID and found nothing.  If this had been a legitimate business, they would have had a listing regardless of whether or not they were accredited by the BBB or not... just another reason to doubt the call was anything but too good to be true...

I received a call from 904-638-7899 this evening, and it did sound too good to be true... like one of the other posts said, they used the name of the points management company that is associated with my timeshare home company (RCI is my points management company).  I asked them to call me back in 3 weeks, which they agreed to and set an appointment date for the callback... I figured that would give me enough time to research the phone number that was in my caller ID, description of the number was only Property Management...After a few internet searches, I found several forums with posts tagging Property Management as a scam to be avoided...  I am also going to check with Better Business Bureau so that when they call back, I can ask them more questions etc to see if their answers match up with the BBB or if they hang up... but ultimately I plan to tell them to never call me again!

Called me a couple of times - I want to know where they got my name and number.  I was pissed - when the person had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to sell any of my time with Hilton.  I asked to be taken off the calling list.  She got very rude and I said do not ever call this number again.

Called asking me about my timeshare points. I said I didn't have one and hung up.

Called my Timeshare Mgmt Co. & they indicated this is definitely a scam.  They will offer $ for points, but is in no way valid.  Also, associated with phone # 1-877-338-2158.  The salesman even included the Ext. 314 & his name.   They "used" the name of my Timeshare Mgmt Co. as if they were a division of that company...not true. Beware; that's why I called my company---sounded too good to be true to give up a few points for a huge amount of rebate.  8/11

Rude, timeshare thieves.  Hung up on me after calling an employees phone and I asked to be removed from a calling list.  I called back and a different person was as equally rude.  Who would do business with a company like this?

Pressure to rent your timeshare weeks.  Supposedly you pay a $599 one time up front fee and they promise you $2100/week you have!   A little to good to be true if you ask me.  They claim a 100% money back guarantee but yo have to give them a credit card number and then they will send you a cashiers check within 3-4 weeks.  I asked for some documentation to be sent to me and she told me she would after I signed up for the program.  I recommend avoiding them

I have had these idiots call in several times even though I am on the Do Not Call list.  They are abusive, rude and high pressure making you believe they can help you sell your points.  They charge outrageous fees to market your points something around $500.  They should be put out of business.  If you try and get the actual company name, they hang up on you.  The company information is Vacation Property Marketing, 5401 S. Kirk,am Road, Suite 502, Orlando, FL 32818.  I am reporting them to the FTC for violating the Do Not Call List!  Perhaps a stiff fine will  get them to stop.  I hope everyone reports this firm !

Wants to sell your unused timeshare points. Very high pressure. Hang up a lot if you question them. Hung up on me when asked to not call anymore.. rude is the word.. Only say Property Management in the pitch. There are hundreds of them when searched. Kinda Iffy business I would say.
